Yeah so you bait with a premium report, and then they either cost $25 for a monthly subscription for 5/month, or pay $10 a piece, your policies are just deceptive.

I called to confirm cancellation of my subscription. I was Expecting a very pleasant experience. A Representative name Tom answered very Polite and Knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed and I didn't have to repeat myself once. In mid-way. I needed to take a incoming call. I must have drop the called. I did not want to call back because l probably would get Tom again. But the phone ring It was Tom calling me back to confirm l received the cancellation email and needed anything else.
