A trace was performed on a license plate number that is believed to have been in part of a crime. I did a couple iterations of the plate number, but it was not showing up. The photo I have was pretty clear. It seems there are plates out there that the DMV will not publicly disclose - atleast thru websites like this, and I'm not sure why. Hopefully we will find that out.
