I ordered the dress a month and a half before my nieces wedding, it wasn't until weeks later, when I got an email regarding the maximum length, I also go a what's app text message, I replied to the text within minutes. When I realized I didn't get a email about the dress being shipped I reached out. I was advised that they didn't send it because I didn't get a reply to the email, and with their poor communication, they did not know I received or replied to the text. I confirmed, after a week I called again and they still had not sent it. The dress did not arrive in time and I had to figure out and buy another dress for the wedding. I will definitely be requesting a full refund!

I absolutely love IWS. My family and I buy from the website multiple times throughout the year. The quality is great and sizing is exact. Unfortunately this past order was not the best. The team did work their hardest to get me all the items but one item was delayed over a month. Order was placed in September 16,2024 and i still have yet to receive the last item. Hopefully it will arrive with fast shipping. Other than that they are great and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

The kurta size that I ordered was 38 after measuring chest size. When I received the product the chest size of kurta was 43 inches. The actual garment received has a chest size 5 inches bigger than what was ordered. They said that I should pay $30 shipping charge for a $54. That is ridiculous.

The dress is of good quality, with good finishing. The communication from the team is excellent. But delivery came much later than expected. Luckily I ordered much earlier than I needed the dress. It seems some of the products are fake and don't reflect the picture while some are more beautiful than picture. Also the "My account" link doesn't always work. It's hard to determine the price you paid for an item unless you got back for the receipt.
