The dress was quoted to be delivered by 8/18 at time of order and didn't ship until 8/26. On arrival, quality was poor and cheap and I was unable to wear the dress. Will not shop from here again.

I tried to make an order back in May / June for a lengha choli and it took until August to coordinate payment on their online system (which is not user-friendly and confusing) and get the item shipped. There is no reason at all it should take that long for any e-commerce retail service.

Bought a sherwani of size 42 and was given 46 size and customer care was irresponsible and careless
All they want is money and order to be placed
Never delivers on time and gives all stupid reasons. Giving a wrong size is primary issue about any clothing related stuff and they run a business with no basics

I got a pricier lengha (>$160 USD) and it was exactly what the picture showed and very good quality with more pearl detailing than I imagined. Before I got a lengha for around $100 USD and the actual result was different from the given picture so I didn't like it as much (ex: the designs were not as concentrated in certain areas so less maroon than gold). I feel the more you spend, the closer your result will be to the picture provided.
I have purchased a few outfit from site and is very satisfied with all my purchase. The outfit are very beautiful.
They started working on my dresses after I emailed them, AFTER the delivery date had passed. Even then, they took a long time to complete and deliver it. I had to call a few times to make sure it happened. Not worth the time. Dress was cheaply made, bad stitching job, bad shape, cheap material, cheap looking.
