Indian Wedding Saree's customer service as well as their fashions are amazing. I order two dresses, for an upcoming wedding and each required stitching. One outfit was ready before the other outfit and they kept me informed me of the status. When I expressed to them the wedding was in a week or less, Indian Wedding Saree mailed the dress to me right away. I am so pleased with the way the dress looks, the fit and well pleased with the customer service.
This is my 2nd time ordering. The 1st time my outfit was perfect in length and received it in time for Eid. This time I'm extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered 1563004 a floor length kameez and paid extra for stitching. My outfit arrived days after the expected arrival. After trying on my outfit, this was the start of my disappointment. It was 4 inches from the floor and 4 inches shorter than my previously order. My previous outfit length is 56 inches long and I provided the same measurements that time that I provided for my Current outfit but it is only 52 Inches long. I have been in contact with a customer service representative from June 8-16 that ask me to send pictures to verify the length. The first pictures that I sent was me wearing the two different outfits to show the disparity, The next day I was ask to send in clearer pictures and I complied. Then after that I was asked to send in a tape measure picture and was later told that it was not clear, even though expanding pictures would show the measurements. The last proof that I sent in was a short video clip of the tape measured To make a longer story shorter, I was corresponding from June 8 until June 15 To only be told to manage the length and that the length is according to my measurements. To return the outfit, it will cost me $30 fee. I will not order, buy or purchase anything from this company again!!!

Don't Order. I order 4 dress for Eid for my family. I ordered 25 days before eid hoping those will come on time. But they took forever to stitch and deliver. I constantly had to contact their CS department to make sure they send my orders on time. Guess what? Today is the 3rd day after eid and I still haven't received one of my dress. One of my other order was delivered on eid day afternoon. On top of that they stitch the top part of the dress backward. Back part is in the front and front part in the back. (I will add a picture of the dress) One dress they cancel because the product got call in for discontinued, and they notified me a week after i order. I am so disappointed with my orders. The quality of the products are so cheap. Not coming back again. This was the First and Last Order from them.

I ordered 4 outfits from this site and they came out okay. They didn't look identical like the pic and the quality wasn't that great. The standard size stitching also run a size up compared to diff site. Please make sure that you order 1 size smaller.

I also have to commend the willingness to accommodate my special requests, one definitely needs to give some time for the products to be ready and so I advise to order 8-10 weeks before yu need it. Or discuss the timeline and rush order ahead of time, sometimes defect, or other-delays happen and so the delay in shipping.
