First time ordered on their website total order of 4 items. Followed the process of sending them measurements to make sure everything will fit. Also, reminded them the timeframe that we will need the outfits by. After lot of hassle we received our order by fedex 2 days before the event and 30 days after the order.
Shocked to see only 1 item was stitched according to the measurements provided, all other items were totally out of measurements by 4 inches on each body part, i. E. arms, chest, length etc.
Having no choice but to fix it ourselves because it arrived so late, we fixed 3 outfits ourselves. Raised a paypal claim before that once we realized the outfits were wrong sizes. Seller asked the items to be returned to them in exact condition( which was not possible). We didn't want to lie to them and send them the fixed outfits therefore we cancelled the case and kept the 1 dress for daughter that doesn't even fit her so losing $115 AUD in the process and weeks of time.
Will never buy from these people, my mother has tailoring experience of 25 years when she looked at the workmanship. She was shocked to see such poor quality and rushed stitching.

Ordered 2 sarees and 1 men's dhoti kurta and all three are beautiful and good quality. Super happy with my purchase. I have been ordering from this website for 4-5 years now... always happy with the items I get.
Sometimes there are delays in shipping or items might be discontinued after placing the order. But must say they offer $49 -$79 above free shipping to USA and lot of other parts of the world that most of the sites don't offer... they offer the money back if items are discontinued.
Will purchase again soon.

Nov 7th, Wrote to Kirti - my "friendly account manager"

Nov 9th -
1) Delivery of the item that had NO PRODUCTION issues not received.
2) Tracking indicates still in New Delhi - "Scheduled Delivery" - pending!
3) NO ANSWER to my email from KIRTI my "friendly account manager" who understands the "pain"

I purchased an outfit from Indian Wedding Saree. The delivery date was 5th November 2021. I requested on the email if they could rush the order. It was delivered on 28th October 2021. Very pleased with the service they provided. Will be ordering in the near future. THANK YOU!

Product had to be changed- after placing the original order. Customer service handled everything well.
Love the outfits. Perfect size as their chart refers.

My Outfit i. E Salwar Suit turned out to be of Perfect size, Excellent quality fabric, Shipped right on time and Delivered in very efficient packing. The same goes for the jewellery I ordered along. Just loved everything! Classy! Definitely will recommend it to everyone.

I am someone who hardly writes any reviews but I am writing this one as I am very happy with purchase on IndianWeddingSaree. Had a wonderful experience with them. They have good collection, reasonable prices and very good customer service. I got my package before the given date, quality is very good and looks beautiful.The best part is they already have sarees done with fall and edge work so we dont have to run here and there for that. Products are looking exactly as in pictres. I would recommend them and definitely shop in future again.

I purchased several potlis and necklace sets for an upcoming wedding. The items are beautiful and delicate - just what I was looking for. I looked at a couple of sites before deciding on this one. The site had the best selection and quality.

This was the second shipment of the same order. Unfortunately, the first ended up elsewhere. But, the customer service was great and they recreated the items within 10 days and reshipped.

4 stars is only due to needing a second shipment. Not sure where mix up occurred - but if the shipping company then this would be 5 stars.

I needed to buy Indian outfits for my son's wedding who was marrying a lovely Hindu girl. We went all in for the ceremony and looked splendid in outfits both for the wedding and the Sangi. I bought two outfits that were made to measure and several pieces of jewellery as well as 3 outfits for men. As they all took different times to be ready, I received frequent emails to let me know the progress, especially as I had time constraints. Great service. I have just received another parcel from them with more lovely items.

My shopping experience was amazing. The only thing that ruined it a bit was the team forgot to send one of my items and had to ship it again. Actually I was contacted by the team to confirm whether it is okay to delay the shipment due to 1 item being delayed in production. I was all good with that, stating to send the parcel all at once, when all the items were ready. However, the exact opposite was done. I had to get customs duty twice (not that serious) but I had to pay 'handling services' by the parcel distributor. When asked for a refund for that part (handling service) to Indian Wedding Saree, they failed to understand that if they sent the parcel at one go, this cost would have been avoided. I told them that there need to be accountability in this situation and they acted as if they had no clue about what I was talking about.

Although I agree that the product quality is good as per the products that I've received but their delivery/customer service is poor. They use the cheapest courier Tranptl or Yodel who never give any proper time slot of delivery. It's a wasting time for customer as we have to chase. It is a pain to get update about the delivery as they use cheapest courier. I've raised it with customer service but don't think they care. There are other online shop that I've noticed used Fedex which is more reliable. I've also found that when they couldn't deliver the product but they don't really offer any good discount for maintaining goodwill.

Very happy with the 3 salwar suits that were stitched and sent on time. Products similar to what was shown. Will definitely order more outfits in the future.

I bought a saree but it didn't mach in picture I am disappointed and I also bought salwar kamiz this also cheap material

I ordered multiple items from them in May for a family wedding. Their website said I would receive my items by end of June. It is now July 19 and I have yet to receive two of the items I needed with my family wedding already done. Their customer service dept is the worse I have ever experienced. They do not care about timing and continue to send emails everyday that my items are delayed. They claim their 24/7 customer service line for US customers is always there. Every time I called, I was disconnected and never received a call back. Not to mention, their WhatsApp line is poorly handled as well. All they keep saying is "ma'am give us two days" and drag you along. Their prices are cheap, but they make empty promises. Stay away for your sanity!
