Terrible customer service - no regard for the customer and lies and tags customer along with no intention of fulfilling the product.

I have been satisfied with all my recent purchases from Indian Wedding Saree. The garments matched the photos and description. The fitting was also good. The dispatches were delayed in most instances, however I was notified and my queries were answered promptly.

I recieved an email from this company and my address was stored in plain text and being sent over in an email. Not acceptable. Tried to message their customer service but no satisfactory reply.

I have ordered two salwars for 42 and 40 size in Banaraci materials, One came good and the other one bottom came with very cheap material. Also, I have ordered one for 5.7 and 5 feet measurements both came the same height. I have written to them several times and always get an answer this is the way you have ordered. No answer for the bottom material. I will think twice about my next order.

I ordered stuff couple times both times I got very bad material and horrible stiching, stuff is totally different then the picture they showed on website. Very disappointed better to buy from your local store then this website.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Did not deliver my items on time even though they were PROMISED for Eid. Then they refused to give me a full refund and said they can only compensate me for 20 dollars for my 200 dollar order. They still havent shipped all my items it has been over two months. Customer service is NOT helpful at all.

We brought Sherwani and Turban set. Also we purchased Lehenga form IWS. It is so beautiful. We Love it.

They have false advertisements about delivery dates, and their products are also not per pictures. I bought from them twice for eid and they could not deliver on time even though we had email exchanges several times about the urgency of the product delivery. They kept on giving me new delivery dates, and moreover, I had even asked them to cancel and refund my order if they had not sent the product for stitching, they would not refund my money. So in other words, they take your money under false advertised delivery dates, then they don't bother to deliver on time. I do not recommend them. Buy from somewhere else if you can.

I've been shopping here for about 3 yrs and am mostly happy with the beautiful clothes. My only complaint would be sizing. It's not as accurate as it could be unless you have a person measure every part of you, and we don't. My suggestion would be the company knowing their clientele. If someone from America is ordering a size 40, the armpit and sleeves needs to be a bit looser. It doesn't match up with a 40 chest size that a person would have tiny little skinny arms. Or if ordering a ready to wear XL, it's the same with the armpit and sleeves. It's very tight and needs altering. Women in their 50's are shaped differently than our 20 something year old bodies. Lol. Certain areas are naturally wider because we are mums. But we still love your beautiful clothes! So I'm mostly happy and will keep ordering!

Not impressed! Girl's Gown, one of the belt is not stitched properly. Lehenga blouse material quality not good. Overall not satisfied but the price also cheap so may be because of that the quality not good either but this was the trial purchase and not confident to buy the expensive clothes from them anymore. Sorry

The outfit i purchased from here was EXACTLY how it was described. The material was really good and the finish was perfect. Cannot fault it. Thank you so much - I loved it! Would definitely buy again!

This company was sending me the wrong order and was discussing about giving me my money back!
It was a pain in the a….
Now they returned only the dress money back! The taxes are still not paid!
If a company believes a customer with the wrong goods and gives him grief, they should assume the amount including the customs fees without discussion!
