I ordered a safer blouse in a particular colour as advertised. When the product arrived it was the incorrect colour. I was advised that the colour was out of stock, yet the advertisement online continued. To compensate, I was sent another blouse in the colour I ordered but the quality was not the same and far more inferior than that ordered. Essentially I lost out both ways.
I'm very happy with the customer service and the overall products I receive at great prices.
They rushed a package for me for free so we would have it for a wedding. And everything turned out perfect!

I ordered 4 outfits way in advance before the events I had planned on wearing them for, because Indianweddingsaree are NEVER on time per the date they give. I had wanted 3 of them first (which they agreed to send). I was going out of town and wanted them. Of course, they mailed them very late after the date had passed for the event. Then no apologies that I had to spend more money locally to buy outfits...THEN THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THOSE 3 OUTFITS! They keep showing me a picture of a house that it was delivered to and I keep telling them IT'S NOT MY HOUSE! Every time I ask for an update, they say their "destination team" is investigating the case. REALLY? They have a picture of the house on file that it was delivered to and they can't figure it out?
The fourth outfit was more expensive and needed stitching. Even for that they had plenty of time...more than what they said (because again, I know they take longer than what they say. Never have I had an outfit come on time!) Even that came 2 weeks after the event date so I couldn't wear it. I had to buy another outfit locally again. No apologies, no compassion for ruining ALL my events! Wasting so much of my money on outfits I didn't even get to wear.
Who knows WHEN/IF I will get the first three outfits they delivered to the wrong address. Never offered a solution or possible refund.
I ordered this for a wedding and was told it would arrive before the wedding date. However, it didn't and I had to last minute purchase a lehenga elsewhere. Further, I couldn't return this since it was custom made.
I was initially confused on how to place my order, but after contacting customer service, they sent me a how to demo which was super helpful. My outfit shipped out fairly quickly, I never got a notice that it was shipping but it was packaged very thoughtfully and it was absolutely beautiful and fit me like a glove. Would recommend for anyone needing an Indian outfit.

I order a custom order, i put in my own measurements including long sleeve length. And when I received my order it was short sleeve. I reached out to the complaint department and after a lot of emails they said they will remake the top and ship it out. Which they never done. I cant even wear the outfit and they refuse to return it for my money back. The event is now over and I had to go buy another one from somewhere else and im stuck with an outfit I can never wear. Terrible customer service.
Purchased 2 sarees with blouse. I was kept up to date on all processing and the sarees arrived on time. Communication with the company was excellent. Blouse stitching was first rate. Would highly recommend.

Items were OK nothing specular. Both my daughter and mine lengha bottoms are very transparent so will need additional lining added. Customer service was good though with regular updates.
