I had ordered gold net saree which was very short heightwise and also lengthwise. I wanted long sleeves blouse. The sarre is net material so I thought they would add net sleeves, but instead they put white very thick material sleeves which looks so ugly. There is no way I will be wearing this saree. When I complained, they asked me to return it. The shipping back was costly so I am stuck with it.

From the moment I ordered my Salwar Kameez online and following the directions to the T, the service was incredible. I actually reached out via email, text, whats AP, and had a telephone conversation in real time with a representative at the site in India! I admit, I had my doubts but waited patiently for my outfit to arrive. When it came (way in advance of when I needed to wear it), it fit like a glove! The detail of the lining, attached mirror pieces, the dangling "gold bobbles" and feel of the outfit is something I've never experienced from an online clothing store. I highly recommend this company and will order again in the future!

Terrible experience. The delivery process is chaotic—they require phone confirmation at every step, and my order wasn't delivered on time because I was traveling. When it finally arrived a week late, the items were poor quality and nothing like the photos. Completely inconvenient, unreliable, and not worth the money. I won't be buying from this company again.

Shopping experience was good even though the product is good as well no doubt but the stitches were very bad. Some areas specially under arms there were no stitches at all. I had to stitch at home. Doesn't make sense how that passed the inspection?
