I really loved everything I ordered, be it a lehenga for myself, a banarasi saree for my mother and a anarkali for my sister. I appreciate their spontaneous and responsive support team. Keep it up guys.

I just received my first order from Indiaemporium – two banarasi sarees. They really do reflect what banarasi sarees are known for and they don’t just look good but also feel good.

Do yourself a favor and stear clear of these awful people! We ordered my finances sherwani in mid September for our December wedding (plenty of time) they said we'd get it in 2 weeks. October came around and nothing. We tried to sort it out and they kept saying next week till they stopped responding. It is now October 21st we told them we escalated it to PayPal and instead of working with us to make it right they told us we need to withdraw our claim by the 25th or they'll send us nothing and basically called us liars. I've done a lot of shopping for Indian clothes online these people give a bad name to Indians in general. Save your money, time, and effort! If I could I'd give them no stars

Thanks a lot for the beautiful lehenga and for giving the perfect fitting to it. I was looking great at my wedding and everybody asked where I bought my lehenga from. Love you guys.

I should have taken more notice of reviews posted. India emporium is horrendous. They are quick to take your money. Whilst ordering, I even had 2 phone calls from India telling me how to successfully submit payment. I have received 2 items out of 5 which I ordered and paid for September 9th. I received 2 rather shoddy cheap looking outfits and the others remain to be seen or not seen as in my case. I have e-mailed, sent hundreds of messages and I'm ignored. Potential customers DO NOT be misled or be tempted to use India emporium. They may be cheap but cheap in every sense. Money gone. Thieves and fraudsters. BEWARE

I ordered a raw silk lehenga with pearl work on it from India Emporium. I am very pleased with the handwork and the quality of material used.

I just wanted to tell you that I am happy with my sherwani. It fits me perfectly, as if I gave the measurements in person.

I placed 2 orders with through India Emporium for my upcoming wedding. My father-in-law's outfit came in and was too small. We used the measuring chart on their website, and based off all the measurements - ordered appropriately - unfortunately when we received it- it was way too small. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from the company and no one is returning my calls, or emails. Our wedding is next week - and this is causing great stress.

In addition, the other order only had one of the six items shipped. This order was placed in August - and there has been plenty of time based on what I was told for shipping requirements. Once again the wedding is next week and I still do not have any of our outfits.

The item received was nice for the cost, although I agree with the other reviewers in saying that the stitching was not the greatest I have seen - but I am pleased with it considering the cost.

This review would have been a lot better had the company have been as responsive to my issues as they were when they were trying to get my money.

I ordered a banarasi saree and an artificial jewelry set. I received both of them in excellent condition. They look exactly the same as displayed in the image.

I bought a salwar suit as a birthday gift to my sister. She was extremely happy when she saw the suit and saved it immediately for special occasions.

I have ordered Indian outfits from online many times. I decided that I would try India Emporium. I agree with many of the reviews that the outfit came on time etc. BUT. When the outfit came in, the stitching was all messed up. The front of the sequence part of the outfit is SHORTER than the back. Like the sequence didn't even pass my bust. How is that even possible. I don't even have to give measurements for someone to know that the sequence should all be the same. Like did they run out of material or something. IT WAS UGLY. And I am not a picky person what so ever.

I tried to solve this with them in a very nice and professional manner. I sent an email with the pictures of the outfit as well as why I was unhappy with it, even though it was obvious that the stitching was completely uneven. No reply. So I ended up sending an additional 2 emails as well as called them three times. 1/3 times they actually picked up, and were VERY rude to me. ( and yes I considered the time difference of America and India when calling). They did not even greet me with their company name, instead they answered the phone call as if I was a "wrong number" phone call.

Finally after so much effort, they got back to me. And the responded with exactly what I didn't want to hear. They COMPLETELY DENIED that the outfit was messed up and refused to "make it right" with me.

Returned back or refunded."^ They did nothing to fix my problem and I spent $60 dollars for an outfit that cannot be worn.

I received my order way before than the expected date & my outfits look exactly as displayed on the website. I would love to come back here and recommend everyone to buy from them.

My kurta pajamas were in perfect condition and the quality is exactly what I expected. I ordered them for my wedding and couldn’t afford any kind of problem. I loved it and my family loved it too.

We wanted to present one saree for sister on rakhi... We ordered from india emporium. We have not recieved yet after wasting so much time on phones and chat. Every time they had different excuse which were not acceptable because they were conflicting... I am surprise this is the way people do international business... these kind of things just spoil the name of nation. Nobody will like you if you cant keep your commitments. Pathetic...
