My bridal lehenga arrived on time and it looked as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Their support team is prompt and kept me up to date with the status of my lehenga. To be honest I was a bit doubtful about the quality of work and fabric when I first ordered but after receiving the lehenga all I was more than satisfied.

Delivery was faster than I expected and my products reached to me in superb condition. I'm thankful for the folks at India Emporium for doing a great job. I would love to come back here and recommend anyone to buy Indian traditional ethnic wear.

I'm sure all the good reviews written here are from India emporium because no one having a sane mind will give them a good rating. They dontbeven deserve that 1 star!

I had the worst experience shopping with India emporium! Please please please Dont shop here! Firstly, customer care never gets back. Be it telephonic, email, Facebook or instagram. They just never get back. Secondly, when I posted a few comments on their instagram page, that's when they wake up and start texting frantically. Thirdly, I finally get a call from them, and its the SENIOR MOST PERSON who has called, he just rudely tells me that it will take ten more odd days for dispatch and he knew nothing about the order in the first place. He didn't know the order date, the order time, the order itself! I asked him to cancel it and then in the UTMOST RUDE WAY, HE SAYS WAIT THIRTY DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND. THANK YOU! Never buy from them. NEVER. Thanks India emporium for spoiling the whole online shopping experience for me.

They are deleting my comments on Facebook and have blocked me on instagram. This is cheap and ridiculous

In early August I began shopping your site for a kurta to wear for a special occasion, though I have never worn one. Priya appeared in the chat window and spent an hour with me, helping with measurements (I am in the USA) for the kurta and mojri, and helped me make sure the order would arrive in time for my event.

India Emporium helped me choose outfits for all my wedding functions. I really appreciate that and would like to thank their team for prompt response to all my queries. I would love come back to place another order soon.

I ordered a lehenga and some stuff for my trousseau from indiaemporium.com and all of my outfits look exactly the same as they look in the image. The fabric quality seems premium and the embroidery fine.

Today I will share my very bad experience with online shopping with indiaemporium.com.

I have placed an order on June 20,2015. My Order No. Is Order #*******.

I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work.
But i didn't receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform.

So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress.
And they also mentioned that i'll get the refund within 15 days
But also failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorised person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didn't get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540)
Now it's been more than 4 months and i haven't got any refund from them.
I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i don't get any proper reply from them and now i have stopped calling them and went to consumer forum and understood all the procedure to file the case against them.

And ALSO I WARN EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AS THEY DONT FULFIL ANY THING THEY COMMIT.

I ordered a couple of anarkali suits from indiaemporium.com. Found my anarkali suit amazing. I wanted it for my wedding trousseau and everybody in my family was satisfied with it, even my would-be husband. It was a good shopping experience.

Indian Empirium failed to deliver my bridal attire as promised on time as such I had to wear an borrowed Sherwani from a friend of mine.one of the very poor global courier services are contracted by them who never mows the difference in the countries and different states of a country
Their couriers failed to identify Grafton in New Zealand and Grafton in New Soutg Wales of Aistralia.
So far no compensation for their failed delivery of item to us
I will never recommend this site to any one else

First, I was very happy with the delivery time... they delivered before the said date. And the quality was such that products looked better in reality than they looked on the screen.
