I ordered a dark purple raw silk bridal lehenga for my wedding. And I cant thank India Emporium enough for what they delivered me the same look and feel, the same flare, trailing length and embroidery. I received a sea of compliments on my D-Day and I dont think it would have been perfect if it wasnt for the folks at India Emporium.

I am happy that I ordered my saree from indiaemporium.com. I provided them with a picture to give an idea of what I am looking for and their designer brought that lehenga to life rather creatively. I looked my best till date on my wedding day and its all been made possible by the folks at Indiaemporium.

I ordered a blue made to order lehenga from indiaemporium.com. Wanted to share that the saree is just beautiful its fabric, embroidery, pleats, pallu and design are exactly how I was told and shown in the picture. The best Indian ethnic wear destination at its best price.

I ordered some lehengas from indiaemporium.com and Id really like to appreciate the efforts these guys put in to make the outfits as awesome as they are. I not just loved the outfits but also liked the fact that I was continuously informed about the status of my order & was provided with timely delivery.

I bought some party wear sarees from India Emporium and Im quite content with what they delivered. The fabric seems superior and the designs are exactly as they were shown in the image. Id definitely like to recommend this website for all those whore on the lookout for some amazing Indian ethnic wear options.

Sorry to say that these people do not take care of customers at all.
We go through lots of trouble for selection, filling the measurements etc, they sit on the order for one to two months, use our money and then cancel the order without any regrets. I ordered four suits (Order # *******) and after two months they canceled the order (without any word of regret or phone call) via email saying these are out of stock. How come all the four suits together can go out of stock

On my other order (Number *******) they sent one item, that was totally screwed up during stitching and when I called, instead of realizing and accepting their mistake, they kept on justifying. There is no excuse for not meeting the measurement requirements (Shirt length was longer and arm hole was smaller, the lower was supposed to be straight pants (not salwar, not churidar, not parallel) they stitched as parallel and kept on justifying it without looking at the pictures sent by me or their web site. Then after three month for my rest of order, they sent me email stating that it is out of stock and have not yet received the refund. They not only lost me as customer but the whole community, friends and relatives in my area as prospective customer. Regretfully S K from USA.

I am a raving fan of Deepika Padukone and was searching for the sarees she has worn in her movies and various popular events. I thought them to be hell expensive and upon doing some research online I got disappointed seeing big price tags in reality. But when I did some more research, I came across India Emporium, I was amazed to see crazy cheap prices of the exact same designs I wanted.

I bought a couple of kurta pajama sets from indiaemporium and I am very satisfied with the quality I was delivered. Delivery was before time, which I truly loved. Id like to shop from them time and again.

I had ordered clothes for a wedding, and the customer service told me for sure it would be delivered on time, but it was not ready on time. I thus had to cancel my order back in November and I received an email stating I would receive my refund within 30 days. After 3 days still nothing, I emailed them called them no response. When they finally responded they told me I would receive it by the 15th of February. Still nothing. I emailed again no response. Finally someone answered my chat saying I will receive it by the 15th of March. Still nothing. Again same issue, no one answers. Finally someone answered my chat saying the payment portal is not working now, and I should buy other things but I don't want to buy things for no reason! I want my money back!

I have recently purchased a Sherwani from India emporium. They provide me quick delivery and packing of dress was impressive. It was an excellent experience while purchasing products from india emporium.

Ive been following the trend of anarkalis for quite a while now so I know which styles are new and which are old as the Mughal era itself. Every time I go to india emporium I amazingly find some exclusive anarkali suits.

I recently ordered two sarees from them and right from communication to support to delivery, everything was satisfactory. Icing on the cake was the quality of fabric, embroidery and design on the sarees.

Talk about chic lehengas and India Emporium is the name that first strikes the mind. Ive bought a couple of designer lehengas from these guys and the quality I received both the times was brilliant.

I have not received goods even after 32 days of ordering. There is no response to my chat request, there is not answer on their customer care number +91 7827 033 033. After calling 3 times, somebody picks up call and says he is at home, his shift starts in the evening. He gives me another number, *******600, after calling this number, one guy answers and says its been redirected to sulekha.com and asks me if i need any services.

Is this not the way of fooling customers? It would be helpful if you guide me to get back my money.

I ordered the wrong anarkali suit by mistake... and they made the swap seem as easy as ABC. Thanks a lot guys! Indiaemporium proved to be very useful in building up my wedding trousseau.

I am really happy with the support, timely delivery and quality. They’ve this awesome made to order section where I got my dress customized as per my needs. Got everything in traditional look.

I have placed an order on June 20,2015. My Order No. Is Order #*******.

I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work.
But i didnt receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didnt even have the courtesy to call and inform.

So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress.
And they also mentioned that ill get the refund within 15 days
But also failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorised person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didnt get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540)
Now its been more than 7 months and i havent got any refund from them.
I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i dont get any proper reply from them

It was a steal deal so I just couldn’t resist it. I was a little disappointed because there was a 2-3 day delay in the delivery. But I was glad that the order arrived before the occasion and it was all worth it.
