Worst cake delivery vendor. Initially when I ordered a cake they charged me 250 for delivery. After that once the order got confirmed, one hour before the delivery they messaged me and asked me to pay extra 100 to deliver and put the order in hold. Playing very well with the users requirement. Cheap business tactic. Very unprofessional behaviour. The cake cost was 450 and initial delivery fee was 250. After that another 100 which makes the delivery charge almost equal to the cake charge. Wow wow wow you guys spoiled my wife's birthday surprise I had arranged for her. It's 12 and nobody came and delivered the cake yet. No phone calls. Then why the hell did you charge twice? You guys charged 350 for midnight delivery but still failed to deliver and don't even have the courtesy to call and give an update. The support agents are the rudest I have seen. I spoke to two different agents and both of them disconnected the call abruptly. They didn't even have the courtesy to check on customers when the order is not delivered. They behaved as if they are giving out free stuff. Don't ever use this site especially if you are planning for a surprise. I hope they see this and contact me. Again am saying poorest customer service I have ever seen

Friends, be careful, its a fraud company. All orders are prepaid, once payment is done, you will not get your delivery ever and you will only keen on following with the customer care support who are very rudeasec.

It's the most unprofessional and pathetic services from India cake. I ordered birthday cake on 19th April 2021 after the payment they emailed me back by saying 200 rs additional required for delivery as the location is far away. After I paid extra 200 for delivery till today the cake delivery has not reached at all. Now the date is 20th April 2021 9.30 pm india time. I'm keep calling them no one is picking and no live chat to do. Morning they confirmed on customer service that it will be delivered by 4 pm then they said 7 pm and now it's 9.30 pm. It has not reached yet. Hopeless service. 1st time I ordered and I have such a bad experience. For sure I will never ever order from here again. And request people not to order as your loved ones will keep waiting for your surprises which is not good at all. They need to value each order with love and respect then only they will get success. . It's been two days and the cake hasn't been delivered. Earlier used this app to order cake but got cancelled so they said no refund only coupon available. After that when we re ordered the cake for a city they deliver. They haven't done that also. It's been two days they are making us wait. And then I typed " India cake scam" got to know about many such bad reviews. So reading all the comments. I have reached to consumer court and filed a complaint. So all the people out there do not worry will make sure everyone gets the refund amount. It's a small amount but it might take months.we shall fight together

I have placed an order for my mom's birthday. After 14 hours of placing the order, they sent a mail asking for additional payment, as they could not deliver half kg cake to my location. I said them that I don't want to make any additional payment and asked for a refund. No one has responded to my email, it has been 10 days. Even in the chat, the agent said that I will receive a refund email shortly, but it has been 4 days, again no email. Again I contacted the agent, now they are saying they will give a coupon code instead of a refund.

Looting Buggers. This people are hiring some third part company to make their ratings high and cheating the people with their false reviews. I spent almost 2000 INR to buy a cake and flowers bookay and sent as a gift. I really embarresed with what they sent. They tie up with some cheap cake bakery's and sending expired cakes which is worst in taste and quality.

Please don't go with this Idiots.

This is a fraud website and they just gulp ur money and will never deliver ur product, they will charge u extra in the name of delivery during the day of product delivery and thy will hold it until you pay extra delivery charges and still they will never deliver the product.
Be aware of this fraud company n save ur money n time dnt book any product from them they r cheaters n we need to raise this to the police or cyber crime branch

I have ordered cake for birthday surprise on 9th of March n it was mentioned that we will deliver it by today itself, after 2-3 days i was continuesley trying to call on the given number to reach out with customer care service because yet cake was not delivered but this stupid Fraud people again n again was disconnecting my call, staff is horrible rude, when I tried calling from another number then they received n said me that sorry sir we dont have our service on your mentioned address. Now u can cancel your order. As soon as i said
Okay just refund me my payment immediately they disconnected my call. 0% response to customers as they don't need any customers. I would not at all recommend this company. Plz be aware of this Fraud company. Once they receive payment from customers then they won't respond u anymore...

Never oder a cake from this website, they indirectly beg for money and no response from them on email and they hung up the call. They are just cheaters. Please use Zomato and swiggy where you get answers, don't book from this site.

Last night ordered a choco-chip cake for my wife's birthday and IndiaCakes made it. A late-night delivery and receive the order at the correct time. The cake was very delicious and tasty. Thanks, IndiaCakes for a superb service

Fraud company! Do not buy anything from them. They dont complete their order neither they will refund you. You have to keep chasing them to everything but after receiving money they will give a $#*! to you.

Firstly, they will write that the delivery is free across India on their website as false claim. After which you will place order and put in address and will not be asked for any delivery charges. Once the payment is made and things are beyond your hands they would send you an email to give extra amount (Rs. 250 in my case) to deliver the product as the location is too far from them. And let me tell you the location was Meerut city not even that far which couldn't be located.
Totally not worth trusting a penny.

I ordered cake with order number *******. It was suppose to delivered for my cousins birthday on 11th feb. I paid 250 rs for delivery before 2pm. After multiple calls to call centre cake delivered on 12th feb 4 pm. the status of order was fwd to vendor. But as per vendor they recieved order on 12th feb. Worst thing is tat ordered butterscotch cake. Recieved normal iceing cake. The customer care is the worst. They simply end up the call, lie about the order. Do not waste money with this guys. I want govt to take serious action on this company and should ban it. How much money they are looting. Do not order in this.

Very worst/Horrible/Ir-responsible experience for their services. I am living out of INDIA and i ordered a cake for my daddy's birthday on 04–02–2021. Till now the cake was not delivered and customer care just pick and cut the call for more than 20 times. First they should understand the meaning of customer service.
