I placed an order on 20 Jan and they promised to deliver the same day. They did not deliver the cake on 20th Jan before 9 pm and my friend had to buy another cake after 9 pm then I called indiacakes.com at 21 mornings and they informed they you have to pay more 200rs to deliver so I said cake is not required now, do not deliver, I want my refund, they said drop an email we will revert, I sent 3 emails on 21 but no one reverted, I called again on 22, but they shouted on me saying - there is no refund policy, and you placed order at 4pm and expecting us to deliver same day and you did not paid extra delivery charges and they said let me add your call to receiver, we have your receiver number, and ask them how far they live to deliver, they tried to include and insult in front of the reciever. Literally that lady-sunita shouted on me like anything, I am attaching my recorded call and email what I sent, they does not even 0 star.

An awesome experience. I ordered cake online for my mom and dad's anniversary, later i told them to edit and add cherry and candle on day of delivery & the shopkeeper accepted the changes happily. Cake was delivered on time. The taste of cake was really good as per my family & relatives. I hope they will keep the same taste.

I dont understand who gave them no 1 review.
They are cheaters and took the payment and did not deliver cake and whenever i call them they hang up my call and have stopped responding to my emails on refund. They promised that the cake and flower will be delivered to my wife and i kept that a surprise with trusting their service but its been 1 year now and these guys have eaten my money and not responding to my calls or chat.

They charge you extra for delivery on particular slot. Lot of reasons were given for not delivering until evening. After some they stopped picking up our call and do not refund your money back. They delivered by the end of the day when they were supposed to order in the morning. I just added an extra star because when they stopped picking our call, we lost all hope of the delivery of the cake.

I have ordered a cake my order no is ******* but the after making paymets of rs900 after an hour they ask for more rs350, so i cancelled my order. Now they say i will recieve 100%refund and after that no mail replies nothing, no info about my refund, after struggling again i talked and they give me excuses that our IT department is closed and you will get a coupon as a refund but no information regarding coupon and there contact no. Is invalid and they blocked me chat box also... they are frauds and just looting people. Please stop playing with hard earned money of people and thier emotions

It was my first experience. I ordered flowers and cake... i have selected delivery time... and yes they made it... on time delivery. Cake was awesome and flowers were beautiful. Thanks for making my gift special. The person who recieved it, is so happy with your product and service. I wish to order more in future... all the best and keep it

I have ordered cake ******* on 06.01.2021 with delivery at any time on the same day.My order has been accepted and payment processed. Later after 7 hours i have received email stating extra delivery cost of Rs. 250/- to be paid. I informed them to cancel the order. I have sent number of emails, raised ticket and had chat with customer care where I have no response for the refund at all.

Minimum response of customer care will be expected by the customer for the amount paid by them. Never expected this, wont recommend!

Don't waste your hard earned money. It's completely unprofessional and worst service I ever had. Frustrating. Worst customer service.

They tKe your order tour. Oney bt wl not deliver.its just a fake company to just rob your money they dont deliver they only take order and ur money in advance bt will not deliver. I have ordered Butter scotch for 2 different location but they have deliver Black forest and strawberry cake with worst service. I have orderd same day delivery option. My goodness how hard to deal with these people to arrange the delivery. I tried minimum 100 times even though they have delivered it after one day. Very worst online service which i have ever seen. I have photo's and order confirmation. If any one need i am ready to give you all. Very worst service. Complete zero recommendation.

I ordered a cake on Dec 23rd. After one hour I got a mail stating that an additional Rs. 250 has to be paid for transportation. I paid the same immediately. However till now I have not got the cake nor any refund. Big cheats. Whenever I call them, their customer care disconnects the call. My son's birthday party also got spoiled due to this reason. I made a very big mistake ordering through their portal. Got mislead by their fake advertisements.
