Worst experience ever, Dont buy from this fraud site. I ordered a cake on 11th july to shajapur, till now the cake has not been delivered. After calling them zillion times i recieved a mail asking me for extra 250rs for delivery, bdw i opted for regular delivery on same date. Today, when i called them again they told me that they have cancelled my order.Its been 4 days and they dont have the courtesy to inform too even after ruining my surprise. I would love to give a zero rating. Worst, Pathetic, do not buy from this fake site.

I order cake on 28-apr-21, order no: *******, Rs 449.10, not delivered, mailed, followup call- they gave coupon code: DISCDAGN#6148 again order (no: ******* u can check in indiacakes.com) as cake price 549, paid difference, mins later got sms to pay Rs150, called them to clearify; they said no need to pay well delivery by 7 pm. But not delivered. Called them in evening - they said will deliver it. But cake not delivered. No refund till date, they r fraud. Pathetic. Request google to ban this app.

I ordered cake from there website. Money went from my account shown transfer successfully message also after some time i got a message from indiacake your trafer was unsuccessful pay again... i didn't do that i thought lets c money is coming back or not... when i called customer care they were rude they said ask your bank. I raised a dispute then bank verified they got money i forwarded that male to indiacake... then they said me i have to pay more 280rs to deliver cake. They want more money that's it. They are frauds never fall for such website.

I had ordered a cake, even extra amount delivery also paid bt no delivery was made, even not even a mail or msg frm these frauds... Why looting poor people, Cheating peoples trust... and playing with peoples feelings

This is an absolute scam place with no professional ethics. I ordered a couple of things for my mom's birthday and had the worst experience ever. At first, when my sister called them to enquire about the time of delivery they said it would be delivered by evening 7.00 pm. When my sister called again in the evening no one picked the called. Next morning an extremely rude customer care executive answered the call with absolutely no attitude to help but she mentioned the cake could be delivered that day ( a day after it was scheduled for) if we still want it. Then in the evening when we called again, they said that our area is out of scope for delivery and they won't refund the money but give us a voucher! First of all it could them 2 days to realise that( why did you accept the order in the first place then?) and how/why will I use a voucher from a shop which doesn't deliver to my place and is not anywhere nearby located.

Please either give a pay rise to your customer service team or hire the best. You and your customers deserve the best. Well, goodbye. After talking to your horrible customer service person, I realized, not to even think about my cake or my money. Keep it. Enjoy my donation. *************

Don't ever try to order. Still I am waiting for order ******* which was with coupon as they didn't delievered my earlier delievery of 900 rs but threy have given only 650 which I believe order will not come as if it will be genuine they would have given refund but giving fake coupon so that again they can fraud

I ordered but it was not delivered. My money got deducted but not received the order. I paid from my first salary for my little brothers birthday. This money will only bring you sadness. Worst experience. These fake site doesn't allow me to trust delivery sites. I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't possible. You will have to pay for your sins.

Ordered a cake for 18th. While ordering there was no additional fees mentioned, but on the day of delivery, they asked for additional fees and even after paying it, it was not checked from their end adn was not delivered until i checked with on 20th! Highly disappointed and will not be using this site again for ordering again.

I ordered cake for my mother May 16,2021 but today is May 19,2021 still didn't receive. Its very disappointed experience for me. Even they didn't answer the phone and not reply for live chat. Even i paid extra for delivery. I want to refund my money

I ordered a cake from India cakes worth INR 540 and with coupon, paid Rs. 494.
At the time of ordering, there was no mention of delivery charges.
Right before delivery time, i receive an email from Indiacakes (*******@indiacakes.co.in) saying that i need to pay Rs. 250 for delivery charges since the location is far.

I replied that since it was not mentioned before, either they should deliver without delivery charges or give full refund. No reply received from them so far. Upon calling on their customer care, they inform they would give me some Coupon for future usage on India cakes.
Mine is not the only case. My order id is *******. By mistake, my wife also placed an order on same date with India cakes: *******. She also received an email saying Rs. 100 to be paid extra for delivery charge. That too for same address on which i wanted the delivery!

With such pathetic non-transparent service, who would like to order back?

Since then, am waiting to hear back or get my refund. These people are really good at fraud.

I ordered cake for my bestfriend's birthday im in Qatar and he's in India. I was informed that my payment didn't get thru on the first time so i was so dumb to pay again coz i really want to send the cake to my bestfriend.

At first i can see my order in tracker then the day before the delivery date i can't find my order in their tracker!

I called the all possible contact number but they just pick up and then hang up!

They didn't reply on emails and even the facebook page is on autoreply!

I really don't care about the 2x payment... all i want is the cake for my bestfriend!

I ordered a cake and they never delivered they took money from me when i tried to have a chat with them they gone offline will never recommend this site to anyone. Beware of these fraud people. So disappointed they ruined my day

Ordered cake from this site which was meant to arrive before 2 PM next day at my location Thodupuzha but nothing arrived. Tried contacting the site via messaging and no one responded, tried like 5 times and each time connected to different analyst but no one responded. Tried calling the number and it was just on the queue then after 3 minutes the call hang itself suggesting we will call you back but no one called be back so far. I tried calling at least 15 times only managed to talk to someone one time. They just took my order number and without saying anything hanged up after 1 minute. In my opinion this is a fraud site and there is no gurantee you will get your item and you will never be able to get a refund or found out more about your order. Also tried emailing but as expected no response.

I have booked an anniversary cake on 03.05.2021 and it has to be delivered on 06.03.2021.
But still today 10.05.2021 it has not delivered and no refund came. Also, they took 200 rs extra for every charge.

People ordering cakes on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and these worst companies spoiling the happiness of customers.

If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.

These types of companies spoiling country names as putting India on their websites.

The cake not delivered till now even after paying for delivery charges. The delivery charge should be charged at the time of booking the cake and not make it complicated by sending mail to customer again for payment. Customer service is highly unprofessional and atrocious. They hung up call without any help four times. No one is there to help with status. Worst cake booking website and would recommend not to use the website for any bookings. Very bad experience.
