Don't ever go for India cakes. They are fraudsters. You guys are really pathetic in customer service and handling. You have sent lazy design because the pic in the website is a premium cake and you were not able to make that cake and you cannot make. I am never going to order and going to post my review so that I can help people to save their money and anger. These guys have worst executive s as well to make you more angry and frustrated. They have the cake displaying on their website and once you place the order they will keep it on hold and ask for more money because they where they are going to deliver is far away but this should be intimated during booking. But no, they will not have any system setup on website to intimate customer during booking.

This company took my order and money but didn't deliver the cake. No refund. Please don't go for it. Representatives are very rude. Not at all cooperative. Minus 5*

Let me save you your hard-earned money and give you an honest opinion as a customer of the service at India Cakes. Start by leaving their website, it happens to be the worst service I've come across, starting from the options of cakes, quality, customer service, accounts, etc. save yourself with other options. I have left my money to them as a charity since I won't get it back.

I had ordered a truffle cake worth 590/- on 29th December for 31st night celebration. But I forgot to check the negative reviews. These ***holes indiacakes ruined mine and my family's entire mood for new year. More over they charged extra 150/- for delivery which i got message later on 30th not while ordering the cake.
This is a fraud website and should be shutdown from the internet. I don't understand after so many complaints why it is still there.

I have paid the extra delivery charge for the cake. You guys don't bother to deliver the item. What kind of service you are giving.

I never get a mail reply. Also, the customer executive cut my call. I have placed the order on 24th and still not delivered. Also the money won't be refunded when i cancel my order. What kind of service is this so pathetic.

On December 19,2021, I placed an order for a cake delivery to my brother, who stays at Kurukshetra-*******. This town/PIN was listed for free delivery in portal of Indiacakes. I got shocked, when I received an email from them, asking me to pay additional Rs. 150 as delivery charge, for which I refused to pay and wrote to them, to either deliver the cake at given address or failing which, refund my money. I called up their customer care number a number of times, where the people answering calls were too rough n roudy. They disconnected the call each time in an arrogant manner. I, then, wrote several emails to them, including their Chairman, Mr. Manit Nagrani. Believe me, there was not even an acknowledgement, either from the Chairman or their customer care. It shows that this Company masters in cheating their customers, as reviews so far posted in public domain for Indiacakes suggests and now add to it my review.

People reading this post take due care and use your due diligence so as NOT TO ORDER FROM INDIACAKES, in view of their malpractices n thus cheating customers.

Worst site i have ever seen. Fraud. THey have taken 4+ rating from google to fool people. They have limited their call service so not able to track their delivery.

It is an absolutely fraudulent company it seems.
I ordered a cake week before. Since the destination was a suburb I spoke to their rep just to double confirm and booked the cake. Once I booked the cake I got a second mail saying that I will have to pay extra 250 rs as the destination is far off. ( it was not informed to me while booking). I paid for that as well but the cake was not delivered, I kept on calling, no one answered the call. The website shows your order is placed and in process.it was supposed to get delivered yesterday.

I purchased a dark chocolate chips chocolate cake for my son's birthday. The late-night delivery option was chosen, and it arrived on time. You made our day memorable and pleasurable. I would strongly recommend IndiaCakes to everyone!

This is really the worst service experience I have faced in my online delivery. I placed an order on 17th Oct and received mail asking extra ₹250 on 18th Oct because the delivery place is outside. Cake was still not delivered on the delivery date which was 24th October.

When I called on the 25th your customer service said that it was not delivered because 24th being Sunday and the shop was closed. I was surprised to hear the answer because people can have their b'day on Sunday. I was told that it would be delivered on the 25th within a few hours.

To my surprise it was not even delivered today and the reason I was told that it was far. I was also told that you people don't place orders until the delivery date so location won't be known. Then what those extra service charges are for?

Now I am getting a coupon for the amount (₹ 545 + ₹ 250) which will be valid for 1 year. Means you spoiled someone's b'day and now you are just giving a coupon for your worst service. Who would want to use those coupons for your pathetic services? Is this some kind of scam where you keep collecting money and then offer coupons?

Also the customer care lady was so rude, rather than understanding the issue she was arguing over best services and disconnected the call.

If you can't refund, then enjoy the money, I am not gonna use your coupons and be disappointed again.

For my experience they don't even deserve Zero Star.

I ordered a cake, and asked them to update the address with confirmation email, After calling couple of times also they do not give proper response. They asked me for additional payment Rs 250 after processing earlier payment saying that the address is far from their delivery center and my order is on hold. So i have asked them to refund my money back, They are saying that they will pay in Coupons only

After disappointment from the serivce, do we except to order again n again from them.

Still no response after 24 hrs

Order no- ******* was not delivered even after they provided coupon as a refund for the second time.
I ordered cake half kg on 01/10/2021 full amount was paid Rs 674 but company didn't delivered the product. Then they provided one coupon and against that coupon I ordered a cake again worth only of 499 keeping it cheap for delivery charge and changing location as per their convenience on 23/aug/2021 but again they are not providing the delivery ( expected date was 31/08/2021. In previous order they mentioned that they cannot deliver in the remote area because after ordering they asked for extra delivery charges and now when I changed my delivery location after confirmation with them on customer service call as well but still they are not resolving the matter. Expected - I want that company should initiate whole money refund asap. Coupon not required as they have failed to deliver it on coupon also.

Looks most of the positive reviews are fakes. I believe so because I had terrible experience.
After ordering cake, they had sent an email link for extra Rs. 250 delivery charge. I paid. My order number is *******, ordered on Aug, 28,2021. Even after repeated calling, they never delivered it. Finally on Sep 10,2021 they cancelled the order but not ready to refund, they will only give a coupon to use it later.

I would give 0 starts if available. They delivered a different product, charged 3 times the proce and put the delivery on hold for additional 250 RS. Delaying the Birthday cake delivery. Their website is fake stating same day delivery, the chocolates were poor quality

Waste of money and time, such a worst fraudsters. They have even charged 250 rupees for an immediate delivery, nothing came, await went negative.

Worst customer service, everyone hangs up, they dont have simple decency, their cakes are stale and rotten, they don't deliver even after taking extra charges and they dont give refunds, they just give those foolish coupons which are of no use as they dont deliver any cake whatsoever. Worst cake delivery service if there is any other company worse than this, my hats off!

Never order or pay online to indiacakes. We are an investigation team chasing them. Never get cheated

Dont order from IndiaCakes they are cheaters, fraud. You will never get ur delivery on the given date. Customer executives are worst and ill mannered. I wish i could give Indiacakes a minus rating. Disgusting service
