Don't know how this company got 3 out of 5! Very strange! We had ordered cake from Indiacakes for my nephew's birthday on 10th July 2022. After booking cake which was shown online as delivery free and also all money payed, we were asked just before delivery to pay additional amount of 250 Rs! When we refused and cancelled order they said ok pay only 100 Rs and we will deliver cake! When we told them we have cancelled order and to refund amount they delivered cake even after cancellation at given address! On top of it the cake was spoilt and stale! We have still not got refund for our cancelled order. They told us to send photo next day of bad cake but our relatives had already thrown it in garbage, so no photos. Please don't order cakes from this hopeless and 'chindichor' company! Really pathetic esp customer representative on phone, mannerless and cheap.

I have ordered the cake for my brother and we loved it. Just the right texture and taste. Will recommend it for sure.

Had been the most terrible experience with the overall service.
Photo Cake & 2 other items order were placed after checking the review & post code.
Cake has not reached on the date though extra amount was paid for after 2pm delivery.
After daily numerous calls, cake finally reached at the address on 4th day.
No status update till date though I was continuously requesting for it on my every follow up call. Not even after delivery.
Photo can hardly be seen on the cake.
Fruits, especially orange is not fresh at all. Don't know the condition of others.
Had asked for Pista sweets but the item delivered was nuts/dates etc.
Customer service is equally not up to the mark. Wish it was more a customer service as per the term than a business as such.

Hello, please never order from indiacakes.com.
They are running a scam here. After you place the order you will receive an email asking for around 275/- rs of delivery charges citing that your location far from their centre. They wont tell you their centre address. And more over when i asked them to refund the amount they are telling me that they cant refund the amount and that they can give you vouchers and all. Please do not order from this website. Dont know if they are running any bakery or just doing scam.

I had ordered a cake on 30th of may they charged extra 275 for delivery and never delivered, now when i called they says they will keep that money and cant deliver the item, customer service is pathetic, they will disconnect the call if they dont have answers for your queries so rude and pathetic way of communication. No refund only gift cards and that too cant be used in most of the locations, i would rather call them scammers instead of ecommerce.

Indiacakes is a scam website. I have ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and paid additional fees for the fast delivery. They didn't deliver the order and didn't respond to calls and emails. They didn't give the money back also.It is the worst website.It's totally fake website. If any one experienced the same thing please post reviews otherwise these guys continue this type of scams.

My order was nor delivered on time and no one to respond for the calls. Each time it went through automated messages. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. AND MONEY ALSO IS NOT REFUNDED. Never place the order on this site..

They took additional charges for same day delivery, also extra delivery charges for faraway location. But nothing happened, DON'T BELIEVE...

Most horrible experience, they take the money promising delivery before 2pm and not only sense u another bill stating additional delivery where u already pay for shipping and delivery. Cake didn't arrive guests left. 3 times in a row this has happened. When I called the number given very rude unanswered staff just hanging up on customer

I have ordered cake and bouquet flowers to be delivered on May 27th they have asked me to pay additional Amount claiming the delivery address is far even though I paid they have not delivered
I have tried many times to reach through chat and calls which they never responded after a multiple calls a lady lift the call on 28th May 2022 at 10:14Am she is full of arrogant asked me to wait on the call and hangs up the call all the time when asked she says it's technical problem

All positive reviews are fake paid reviews. Plz do not spoil your dear ones special occasion by ordering from here. 1st they will not show any delivery charges while you are placing the order and once you have paid the amount and your order is confirmed then you will receive a payment link and and email from them asking more than 50% of the cake amount as delivery charges and your order will be on hold until you pay that much amount.
Forget that customer support will help the customer. After repetitive calls and emails to cancel the order they will cancel but in place of your hard earned money they will give you a coupon of that much amount after 5–15 working days which you can use on their website only. And when you call them to refund the actual money they will start disconnecting the call.
They are trapping to use that money on their useless site only.
Really really frustrated with Indiacakes. Don't know how they are digesting someone else's money so easily.

We placed 2 orders for mother day delivery with cakes and flowers. They created the orders and we paid about 3000inr and after submitting the order they asked for more money. The order was never delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. READ CONSUMER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. WE NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS

I ordered a cake with thm & really had a worst experience in my life.
If anybody from Indiacakes who is actually interested to know abt the grievance of a customer do call me for further Info.

They are scam. They asked me to pay extra for the delivery and didn't deliver. When called the customer care she right away said it can't be, when she was so sure of that before placing also I did confirm with them about the delivery and now there is no refund with their company. I would suggest better use other website!

I have placed 3 orders from their website and none of them got delivered. They were asking extra delivery charges of Rs. 250 on every single order. Don't order from them at all.

I ordered a cake and bouquet to be delivered on 13/03/2022, the amount totaled upto Rs. 1748. 25/-, later received a mail stating my order is on hold as the delivery destination is far and addition of Rs. 250/- need to be transferred within a considerable timeframe, (The website states free home delivery all over India) however, the payment was made immediately. I kept following up with them through the mail, chat, call, with no response on 13/03/2022. The next day I got to chat with a lady, that said "delivery not made due to nonservice area", I don't understand why the order was accepted and an additional amount requested for the same.

On demanding a refund transfer, I was told a coupon code can be issued which can be used within a year! I am not accepting it as www.indiacake.com does not deliver to my hometown hence the coupon is of no use to me! I need the entire amount transferred to my bank account immediately. Please check the attached documents for further verification. The site has to be suspended in order to avoid such an occurrence in the future!

They take order, confirm it, after that they ask for extra delivery charges, and never deliver anything. Customer care is waste, They shout on you back

Rotten cake is delivered for which extra 250 charges was asked and it was delivered after 1 day. Horrible customer care experience.
