I ordered some t-shirts and paid extra shipping to have them delivered by a certain date and they came late. And the refund they wanted to give me was practically nothing.

ONCE I GOT THE HANG OF IT, DESIGNING THE BUTTONS WENT FAST AND IT WAS A LOT OF FUN. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU CAN GO BACK WITHOUT LOSING ANY DATA. I was also concerned with not being able to have all of my order combined for a single delivery charge instead of having to pay a freight charge for each button order I had. They were all shipped to me in one package but my freight was twice as expensive of what it should have been.

I ordered two sets of pins. One looks great, but the other has a white border around it. I am absolutely sure that I provided sufficient bleed for my order, and I am incredibly disappointed with the way these turned out.

We had an idea - and less than a week later we had 100 buttons! We're almost out of them, and will be back for more. :)

When template design added to cart, design shifted to left. Called customer service and he was beyond great...answered all my questions and made sue I had the promo code. Wow, was so impressed. 1st time order...praying my order is as good as your customer service.

We couldn't be happier with our banner! It surpasses what we had imagined. The website is super user friendly and the delivery time was faster than promised - by 3 days, actually! We will always use Imprint.com for all of our banner needs in the future.

I paid an extra $50 to have these delivered on 8/30, and you delivered them on 9/1. I even called customer service on 8/27 to verify that these would arrive by 8/30, and he said yes. My event that I needed them for was on 8/30. I have already requested a refund. It's now 9/5 and no response or refund yet. Please refund my purchase!

So fast, great price. Color matching/print quality could have been better, but that may have been a problem on my end, not yours. Thanks for the great service.

Best graphics and colors available, for the price!
The only thing I would suggest is to have the colors on the website be more true to what the product actually is.
I would say that my finished can coozies are robin's egg color, but the website made that color look more like teal.
