Easy as cake to order
The shopping experience is always good online. Just had a problem with a previous order in the past so I am a little hesitant. I have ordered banners and shirts and so forth and they were great - but then my last run of shirts were not so great - so I am a little hesitant. But the website is great and very intuitive. Thank you.
Update 2017: The New shirts and banners turned out fine. The shirts were good sizes and the artwork was centered -- much, much better. The only thing that I have an issue with is the additional costs that do not get seen when I see the TOTAL price to be paid. Apparently there's tax and I don't see the actual real TOTAL cost. I think it is a bit deceiving since it says TOTAL cost and then when I see the bill I paid, it is not the amount that I think that I am paying.
Order process too complicate
The only glitch I encountered was when putting together the custom yard sign I was given the option to add a wire stand. However, it did not appear to add multiple stands when I requested multiple copies of the same sign.
Easy process and quality results.
Could not retrieve my original design so I had to do over again. Did call and the directions I could not understand. They sounded confused
The colors - yellow - is not quite as bright as I thought it would be.
The shirts looked great the photos came through clear and colorful.
Easy to order. I like the message box provided or questions.
Not bad, i like the design studio. I wish there were few more fonts to choose from, but other than that not bad.

Imprint always gives me what I need and the turn around time is great! I always forget I need to order buttons until the last minute but they always get them to me in time. I do wish their shipping was cheaper.
Great looking product
The product looks nice but the color of the image is a bit off from my original file. However, this is the first order so I may try again next time.

Got what I ordered quickly and for a decent price.
I ordered my product and paid extra to have it delivered by Monday November 14th. And didn't get it. Called on Tuesday and got a run around, then called back on Wednesday and finally told the man I spoke with I either get it by Thursday or cancel my order. The first time I ordered from this company I was 100% happy with both product and 100% with shipping. So what happened this time and WHAT WILL YOU DO TO KEEP MY BUSINESS?
Site is fine. The product was fine. Delivery was timely. Cost of turn around postage is too high.
