It was extremely easy to upload my own artwork for a custom double-sided sign. I had several questions about my order which were answered promptly by an on-line chat with a customer service person.

I had a few issues with the website timing out during my order process. But eventually I was able to check out.
Beautiful job on printing our company logo on mugs for our employees!
Ordered 32" custom balloons as that is an option to order. They called and said can only do 17". (Website still says you can customize a 32").
Product received looked dirty (white balloons) and logo was much smaller than expected, plus placement looked terrible. Was not placed higher like the 32" proof I approved.
Every time I have ordered, it took way longer than expected and my shirts are always out of order which causes delay.

The two people I spoke with about my order were professional and courteous.
The color imprinted on the product was too dark for the blue. We wish we would of chosen white imprint instead so it would of been more visible.

Design and ordering process was easy, after ordering experienced a couple minor delays over their concern with something about my design but we quickly resolved it and it ended up not delaying the order, even though initially it was supposed to delay it a day. Product looked great!
