I placed order and had a hard time knowing what dpi to submit. So took extra day or 2.
Everything looks good the only thing that can be improved is the colors and quality of the printing on the mugs. Overall everything was good and I will order other products that have a good value (price).

Easy to design my own. The digital proof process was very straightforward. The final product was fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for.
However, we ran into delays and issues related to the Christmas holiday (apparently 4-5 days for this company). The Customer Service Rep was entirely unhelpful and wanted to charge me a fee to cancel an order which was going to be delivered 5 days later than promised. When I made a stink they offered to expedite my order to save a couple of days. I asked how it was possible to expedite a Ruch order (I paid extra for this).
As I said the end result was what I wanted and they did knock off 2 days of the delay. But there was no sympathy or understanding of their mistakes.
Website is easy to use! The product came when it was supposed to and looked great.
I received my yard signs without any problems. More importantly, they look phenomenal! Great color and the signs are currently holding up to the demands of an Illinois winter. Great product.
