It was my first time shopping with you, it couldn't have been easier!
You need to have a way for people to save a project. Every time I clicked 'edit' my cart, it kicked me back to have to create the bracelet every time, even though all I wanted to edit was the amount I was ordering. I wanted to share the artwork with others before ordering since I'm ordering for an entire group, but then have to go back and recreate it every time is a nuisance. Giving people the option to create a log in and save their project will keep them coming back to you. I googled wristbands when I had to start over, and there's LOTS of companies out there. Just knowing what I wanted was the only reason I selected you again. I'm frankly a little worried too, because I placed an order a couple years ago with "24 hour" wristbands that was not done in a timely manner, and shipped to the wrong address. So to see now that you're connected to that company makes me wonder.
That was the EASIEST to design and order. Less than 5 minutes start to finish! Impressivle! The customer service is outstanding and so helpful to ensure your order is correct.
