The image was not printed the way it looked on the computer screen when I ordered it. The overall quality of the product was good but the printed images was very disappointing.

I am still currently in an ongoing conversation about a quality issue. The conversation has been extremely drawn out as if to avoid assisting and resolving the issue. I provided photos to show what I was unhappy with and there is a request for me to provide a photo that will essentially mask the quality of the coaster by not showing any detail in the prints and taking a wide over view photo of the my product. I am so frustrated at this point and seems like Imprint is doing everything to avoid making the issue right and coming to a resolution. I represent quality with my company and the product I received is unusable.
A lot of upselling in the ordering process with location of production, rush production, and rush shipping. I had rush production (3 days) but not rush shipping, and my coasters were not produced in 3 days. They said it's because I didn't have rush shipping. Why offer rush production and shipping separately then? After talking to customer service, they shipped the next day. As far as the coasters, some lighter colors came out very pixelated.

My lanyards look great and delivered on time.
The inside of the band did not have the print as ordered. Initially Imprint only wanted to refund $20 and give a small discount on the next order. After expressing my dissatisfaction it was agreed that the bands would be reprinted. I have not yet received them to ensure they are correct.

Had some issues with non-usability of the artwork provided, but customer service was on it like a bum on a bolagna sandwich. Ended up with a suberb product.

I wish my artwork/ Logo could have been larger, it was also not totally centered between the handles! Next time I will choose a bag that has hidden handles!
