Easy ordering. Customer service was a bit slow in responding, and my order arrived a couple days after they said it would. But overall the product looks great and it was fairly easy to order.

Ordering process was very easy. A couple of the mugs looked a little fuzzy on the printing, but it wasn't on all of them. Overall am satisfied.
My product was printed incorrectly and customer service did not help resolve the issue.

My order came in early than originally quoted which was a nice surprise!
My 6th order and a 7.5% defect rate per 200 pcs. There were only 4 or 5 defective pieces in previous orders of 50-200 wristbands. I have liked the quality of my previous orders. I might place another smaller order to give Imprint one more chance.
