Everything looked just as I imagined. Thank you.

Tried to chat online but was unsuccessful.

The design app was pretty easy to use and i liked the selection, pricing, and chatting feature.

After I paid an additional cost for rush shipping, I did receive my product in a timely manner. The inside of the bracelet I ordered was a raised print and is very faint which makes it much more difficult to read than the pictured template.

It was advertised that you would receive 100 wristbands free with a purchase. We ordered and paid for 500 wristbands. I am not sure why that offer was not for us. We called Customer service to check on the status of the order. Otherwise we really like the wristbands.

Overall great experience. The website was very easy to use. The product looked great. There was a few that had smeared ink but we still like them.

It was good. I thinking they should put more descriptions on the processes of your order. I did not know if my order was coming in or I did not know when my order was shipped.

There was no way to preview the wrist bands before purchase. It was purchase site unseen.

I ordered some basic 18 by 24 in real estate signs with my phone number and nothing else. Easy to design. The signs were rather flimsy and arrived with a slight crease in them. Price was reasonable.

Easy use of website. Tracking was harder to figure out but customer service was great.

Had some difficulty making sure the order was as I wanted. Called and used Chat. Both times imprint.com was very responsive.

Received the order on time. The imprint looks great. The bag quality is not what I was expecting but it looks to be good. I was unable to get a sample of the product before ordering. That would have helped.
