I had to change the design on the bracelets I ordered last minute, and they were very helpful
Clearly a 100% remotely run offshore business - or at least anyone that actually interacts with a customer. It is unfathomable that a sign printing company would point to a clause in their T&C's that their goods are purely promotional and therefore poor quality is ok. Terrible!

I was talked into using CMYK printing on my coasters, instead of three Pantone spot colors.
The CMYK printing came out very fuzzy. It was too late for me to return them, so I had to use the inferior product.
Also, I had to argue quite strongly to get the image properly centered on the coaster. Initial proofs showed the image very off center, but your customer service representatives continually argued that it was not and pressured me to approve the proof so printing could start. It took several phone calls to get them to agree to fix the centering, delaying the order by days.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

Delivery was slower than expected (paid for 3 day delivery from U.S. site). Production time may have been the hold up.
Website is easy to use! And I was able to get very fast delivery for some items that were time sensitive. Overall I was VERY pleased.
We purchased a number of signs from this place. They reviewed all of the artwork prior to printing and in fact requested a change, which we did. The signs came fuzzy and/or completely illegible. We asked for a refund, and their response was that their terms & conditions state that "all items are promotional in nature." Seriously? They are a sign company! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
Everything worked out exactly as I hoped. Product is good and my order was accurate and fast.

I was not happy with the quality of the printing on the bracelets. Some were faded and most were hard to read.
I was looking for open house signs and did comparison shopping and these were by far the best quality for the best price
Website is really well designed, very intuitive! I was able to place my order in just a few minutes!
Some did not have a pin in the back.
We had delays with customer service and shipping. Had I not called the order would have sat.
