I'm not sure this business is legit. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. 2 weeks later I still didn't have it so I checked and it had not even gone into production yet. Since I needed the items for a specific event and there was no way they would be able to get it to me on time, I cancelled the order. They told me they were going to charge a cancellation fee. Whatever, just refund the money. They keep throwing up hoops I have to jump through to get the refund- the latest is that I have to go online and acknowledge that I asked the order to be cancelled. I did that and still no refund. Their customer service reps are all foreign and I can't understand most of what they say. All in all, I think I've been scammed and won't see the money refunded.

Website advertises face masks in stock with 5 day production time. Order did not move to production for 3 weeks where it sat "in production" for over 5 days. I called customer service to inform them that I needed the masks specifically for an event being held in 8 days and need the masks to ship ASAP. After speaking to one rep that tried to charge me an extra $263 to expedite then another who tried to charge $365 I asked to speak to a manager where a production manager assured me that the masks would be delivered within 7 days to meet my deadline at no extra cost. The masks still have not shipped and today I received a call asking if I want to expedite the order to arrive in 3 more days for an extra $100. The masks are now useless to me and I am assured that it is impossible to cancel my order.

This company uses Covid as an excuse to delay production and charge extra for "expediting"

Ordered face masks in 2 different colors (white & black) of the same product with imprinting. Received a call a couple of days prior to date should have received and was notified they would be late by a week causing us to miss an event. Then when I received the products, they were not the same. We had purchased samples prior to ordering, but the black masks were different from the samples. They were smaller, like a youth size and did not fully cover an adult face.
