I will call the customer service line about this problem, but altho there are many aspects of the order that I liked (colors), the SIZE of the balloons were all supposed to be the same but instead were different, which is really a problem for the project I'm using them for. They are visibly different sizes just by looking at them before being blown up - I have to assume that for some of the colors, the wrong size balloon was used for my order.

I expected that it would take a while to receive the masks but it did feel like it was a long wait with no updates. As for the masks themselves, they look great, but these are not for adults, they are just way too snug. No one is using them, they feel suffocated by them. We will not be ordering more.
The printing itself is great so it gets two Stars. Unfortunately The mask sizes were inconsistent. One was too big for an adult and the next one was too small for even a child. Upsetting considering the it fit the model perfectly.
Imprint was easy to work with and made edits quickly when needed.
