So great to know that our memories are accessible and preserved now! Great experience with imemories both times I used them.

I had been sitting on a big box of media for years. It's a relief to have it done by iMemories.

All is well, at first the digital video didn't appear to work and there was a strange second copy showing up in my online account. I mentioned to support and it was quickly rectified.

We had a great time watching all of our memories from the past!

The information is very hard to fully understand exactly what is involved with the process and what happens after the completed process. I had to call customer service to get a better understanding.

It's just beautiful to watch videos from my childhood, from 30-40 years ago :)

My husband recently passed away, and I had some videotapes that I had converted so me and our children could look back on all the wonderful memories we shared. The price was very reasonable as well.

The Sound and video quality transferred was very low. Some of the videos even don't have sound.

I received most of the content digitally. But one of them you said had copyrighted material and couldn't digitize. I understand that. What I'm disappointed in is the lack of communication. I never received any communication about that and had to go digging through your website to find anything about why that tape wasn't digitized. I also thought you should have refunded the $30 I paid for that content. I also thought your communication about how long the digital content would be available was poor. I got an email 1 day before the content was expiring. I had to go in and emergency download everything which tied up my computer while I was trying to work. I also tried to contact customer service and your website is impossible. In general you could work on your communication. So I'm disappointed in the experience and wouldn't use your service again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Five stars! Best thing I ever did to preserve my family memories and have them accessible from anywhere digitally preserved. Also so easy to share with my family. Highly recommend!

It was a good experience, feel like the price for short super 8 movies was a little high. Should have different pricing.
