I have now sent 3 different orders to iMemories with a variety of mediums from VHS tapes and other video tapes to picture negatives and everything was successfully converted to digital. I had never seen my wedding video because the friend who videotaped it had a different video tape size than I did. It was wonderful being able to see that and all the other home videos from my childhood. It is such a relief to know that they are stored digitally so that I don't have to worry about losing them. I will continue to send all my home videos until everything is digitized by iMemories.

I had no problems and I'm very satisfied. I've enjoyed watching my videos from years ago and sharing them with my children😊

The process for shipping and viewing videos, pictures, etc. is extremely simplified. There's no need to find packing materials or to identify whether the items are 8mm, DVDs, etc. Simply drop them in the box that is sent to you from iMemories and add the shipping label included. I was pleased with frequent progress updates and how easy it was to view videos on my laptop, iPhone, TV, etc. (I didn't have to ask my kids for help.) Downloading and sharing them were just as easy. Lastly, the quality of the videos was amazing, especially from the 60's. The technicians spent a little extra time to increase the quality of these. My cousins were excited, surprised and happy beyond belief in being able to watch themselves, their parents, and relatives at BBQs, picnics, etc. during the 60's. In summary, the entire process was extremely simple and efficient, and yielded very satisfying results.

I have not been able to watch my wedding video since 2003 because it was on VHS. I'm so happy that I can share this with my grandbaby who is 5 to see how her grandparents started! Love this!

The experience was easy and efficient. I sent my photos via FedEx, they were digitized, and returned to me. The service is expensive, but it is more efficient than doing it yourself.

We were very disappointed in the quality of our VHS conversion and we contacted customer support. They were very willing to redo the transfer at no cost and we're very pleased with the results and how they handled it all.

I had some precious memories on the old VHS which was jeopardized.to disappear forever. All of them recorded
In Europe. I bought several devices for recording VHS, but not none of them worked or worked with a poor quality. Now, thanks to the IMemories I have good quality in digital version of all my memories. Happy with results and will recommend it.
