I was very surprised and pleased about the extra mile the rep I dealt with went to retrieve a piece of footage from one of the video tapes I sent in. It was a lot of work just to find it, let alone retrieve it. They just could have said they couldn't do it, but instead put in the extra time to save that old video for me. This is the company I'm going to use for any future transfer!

All the people I spoke with were very helpful and pleasant! I am on a fixed income so the price was extremely high. Maybe think of those who are on a fixed income and find a way to give them a better discount. It will take me over a year to pay off the cost of this.

IMemories transferred my VHS tapes to downloadable files in record time! And I didn't have to go through the tapes and organize anything - they did it all for me! I just put the tapes in a box and they did all the work.

They did a great job transferring my memories that I received... but apparently there was an issue with a few of my tapes and no one told me anything... I only knew I didn't have enough downloads to match the number of VHS tapes that I sent in... I was disappointed with that.

This was a great idea... I just wish I had understood how to edit them before I finalized my purchase... but I wish I had done this before they started to darken. Now I can watch my home movies again! Thank you!

At first I was confused and didn't understand things. I am not good with computers. But, they called and explained things to me. Very nice people.

Getting my old tapes converted to digital with iMemories has been a blessing. We watch them all the time! We laugh and cry all at the same time. The memories are priceless!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the videos. And the customer service is great! I've already told people about your company and service.

I am still viewing the videos on my I pad. My question is - what do I do when finished. Is there a way I can delete the bad, poor lighting segments of each tape? Just what comes next. Do you recommend putting them on dvd? Can I pick and choose which ones to do. Can they be enhanced in any way?

Some features were lacking. No way to remove movies from download option. No sorting option. Otherwise it was ok.

Have had some old VHS tapes of family movies and intended to transfer to digital media for some time. Came across iMemories and decided to try. Very pleased with the results so far. Need to edit and condensed into a few DVDs but am sure that is possible. Have recommended the site to other family members.

They restored old film from my growing up years! 8mm to digital! Looks fantastic! We had years ago transferred all the 8mm to vhs and the vhs tapes were not great and we had lost some video. IMemories recommended us to look for our 8mm film (thankful my parents had kept it!) and then they restored from the original 8mm to digital directly. Eautiful video.

I love that my film is available at any time. I did find the price rather expensive to convert however I did have a lot of film to convert.

Had a box full of old VHS tapes with many precious memories. Imemories converted them quickly and it was easy!

Need a way to communcate with you. I want to purchase a jump drive and cant figure out how. Please help
