This easy to do, you just put all your photos and VHS in a box send it off and they download everything into cloud! You can access anytime, share with family members. My rep, Heather was very helpful with any questions I had. All my originals came back safe? But don't need them taking up space now that they are available to look at any time. With a certain hesitation I placed cherished photos for my ancestors back 4 generations in the book for iMemories. I worried until I heard from them that they were received. When I finally heard that they were available to be viewed I was elated but not nearly as much as I was when I saw everything I sent on my computer screen as promised. While not inexpensive it was way worth it.

Some of the tapes still had audio problems and image quality. Thought that would be fixed. I don't have 100 things to say
