This is 1st email received since I sent my videos and photos. I had to call to see if my package was received. I want email notification also after digital process done. I had to check online. I receive emails each day from marketing about buying products but not about status of my order. Two years ago it was better.

Very much enjoyed the digitalized memories and overall service satisfactory just not sure about the $50 per year membership seems a little much having already paid $166
Imemories did a great job converting VHS and 8MM for me of my adult children growing up as well as one from over 50 years ago. Good quality and customer service was very prompt in answering my emails. I just mailed off 7 more videos for conversion and plan on giving them as Christmas presents.
Great deal with great editing on so many home movies! The process was smooth and my original material was returned in perfect condition.
