This service is exactly what I was looking for. We have dozens of old VHS tapes from the 1980s of our family containing so many precious memories of family members who have since passed. For the past 10 to 15 years they were just old tapes we could no longer enjoy as our VHS player died long ago. They are not made any more so I could not transfer the video to digital at home by myself (like I would even have the skill or the time to that at home). I was so fortunate to discover Imemories offered that service for under $12 per tape. They made it so easy! I got the shipping box, filled it, and mailed it at FEDEX. Done! A couple of weeks later I got an email with detailed easy to follow steps to find our family treasure digitized on their cloud. It was easy to download and store on thumb drives to share with family members. Everyone was thrilled to see family members again and warm in their memories. I am extremely very satisfied and thrilled Imemories offers this amazing service at such a terrific value. Very grateful!

For my parents Anne I sent in all out home movies and some old photo slides. Sending it was quick and easy, and I could veiw them on my phone before I received the DVD! My mother said it was the best present she ever received. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny to see my parents smile!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! They truly went above and beyond for me! My husband and I were able to watch our wedding video on our 25th wedding anniversary which meant so much to us! They returned my order quickly and were very reasonably priced! My husband did a lot of research prior to sending our old films to just anyone, and he said this is the place. He was right!

I sent them an old VHS tape. I didn't know the state of the video bc we do not have a VCR. I was given a quote but never told that the tape was virtually unviewable. When I received my DVD, I could not be more disappointed that I paid $50 for squiggly lines. IMemories certainly could have warned me about the quality before suckering me into plunking down the additional money.
Patty got right on fixing my situation of overdue service. I'm enjoying great reproduction of fond memories now. Ones all digital work is done I anticipate my originals will be returned. Thanks For fixing things up Patty you're great

I am in awe of this service from beginning to end. I sent everything in and had a quote once it was received. I was informed on the process as it was being done. I had some issues and needed help. Customer service, Issis, was so patient with me and made sure I understood what I was doing. I also appreciated the fact they held my original items for awhile so that I could be sure everything was good with the order. I couldn't believe the attention to detail in the picking of my items and DVD's. It made me realize they must have taken good care of my items if they cared that much to pack them so neatly. And then I cried as I watched hours of home movies! Do it now!

I am very satisfied with my experience with iMemories! Whenever I had questions, which was about 4 or 5 times, I called and was greeted with friendliness and willingness to help by the iMemories staff. They answered my questions and even helped me by looking at the same screen on my computer! At first, I was embarrassed about being so computer illiterate, but your staff made me feel at ease, even when I had made a mistake and they had to help me fix it. Great service! I loved the format of the videos. I would highly recommend this company. Just a side note: only send in the pictures that are important to you. The cost is not cheap, so only send pics or videos you want to view frequently or pass on to family. It's also great to share your iMemories with your children and ex-spouse.

Four out of our six tapes had been previously used and recorded over which makes the conversion more difficult. However, at no additional charge, IMemories redid the 4 at no extra charge but with special attention to getting the quality better. I am pleased with the quality and also with the customer care.

I was under the impression our tapes would be enhanced, the quality improved and put on something to have for a lifetime... the quality is poor and its on an icloud. Okay, well I am not very computer savvy so this does not really help me that much. A lot of money spent for nothing! Oh and I have to pay $50/month to maintain use of my videos to be able to view and share? Makes no sense to me!

Had a lifetime of videos converted to digital. Everything was perfect, quick, efficient. Quick return of originals. Courteous customer service. Now paying for storage with imemories for the convenience. Very reasonable fees.

The whole process went smoothly, however one of my VHS tapes was not converted. No explanation was given. And I was still charged for it.

I have been very pleased with iMemories services. They notified me when my last order was received, returned my old video tapes in perfect condition. The memories are now available for me to view and transfer to DVDs. Totally satisfied.
