I find the quality of the slides and tapes to digital to be of poor quality. It appears that the least amount of space was used when saving the downloads. For example, when I send a picture on my iPhone I am asked the number of bytes to choose when sending. If I choose the least amount of bytes the picture is very fuzzy and of poor quality. If I choose the largest amount of bytes to send, the picture is of good quality. It looks like iMemory used the least number of bytes when downloading the tapes and slides. I am very disappointed with the quality of the downloads and will not recommend them.
I'm so glad I had my tapes converted to digital. 2 tapes were from my high school graduation and 1 from my wedding; they're from 1988 and 1994.
The only issue I have is that I wish the they were clearer in some parts and the bottom wasn't jumpy. This maybe because they're so old. I'm just glad I have them and will cherish them always.

I am very happy with the transformation of my vhs tapes. They are all now safe and sound and I don't have to worry any longer. I love this service and have recommended it to many friends and family members.
The videos would only play about 2 seconds and stop. Was unable to watch the last 3 films for several weeks. They finally played. I notified iMemories and either they reloaded or just adjusted but now I can view.

Since discovering iMemories, I have had every slide and video of mine digitized by them. Everything from the packaging to the timeliness has been extremely easy and hassle-free I have told many friends and family members about my experience and love of this company, and many have ordered from them and share my experience. I have the app and love watching my kid's baby videos whenever I want! (which is too many times, if you ask my kids!)
All work was done as advertised. It took a little longer than we wished for results.
It was kind of hard to negotiate the order at first, but I am pleased so far. I have to yet really go through the videos.
