Excited to get some of my movies. Sad that not all my videos could be converted but still a great result with the ones that did. The time conversion was long but the ability to track the progress was helpful. Very satisfied with the end product.

I am very pleased with the whole service from the receipt of the shipping box, to the point of getting them all back safely once completed. I saw videos for the first time of my dad before he became handicapped (at the young age of 37!) I was only 1.5 years old and had never seen / remembered this side of him and his personality. It was priceless. It brought tears to my mom's eyes (who was VERY skeptical) of me doing this. The service is priceless. If you can only afford to do 1-2 at a time, do them! It is worth it. I will be coming back for more. The my kids and nephews and nieces never met their grandfather. It was emotional for me to be able to share these.
All scanning was done as advertised. I was kept up to date on the process and loved seeing the old photos and 8mm films again!

I converted my wedding 8 mm tapes from 45 years ago. Most of them turns out pretty good but part of it not that good. My VHS tapes turned out pretty good. The only I have concerned about is when I tried to download it takes a long time some files I have to wait for a day or two to g it.
Also, I was charged for shipping the tapes back but haven't heard about it either.
I was so happy to see these videos again. Especially those of my first grandchild who is now 22 years old. The quality was great and I would recommend iMemories to anyone. Thank you.
The whole process was easy and timely. However several of my videos have audio out of sync when people are talking. Need to find out if that was an issue with original or an issue with the transfer process.
Thank you for converting all my videos to digital. Some of them I had never viewed before and brought back wonderful memories.
