It was a joy to see these old pictures. There were many I did not need and they are all out of order. So I have a project that I have on my computer. It was very expensive and I am a little annoyed at myself for spending the money.

Very easy way to save our old VHS and 8mm movies! The quality of the VHS wasn't great, but I think it's just the format. The 8mm, a newer technology, was much better.
If it wasn't for the girls on the phone helping me I could've done it myself! They organized help me label extremely extremely helpful!

My memories were converted into poor quality digital files PLUS they are impossible to download. Total waste of money.
I was a little worried about sending my videotapes via mail. But, all went smooth and I got them all returned. I was amazed how they were emailed to digital and I could view them on my phone. Truly a Great Service! Thank you So very Much!
Top notch customer service. I called a few times with questions and was helped each time. When getting the dates on the DVDs set up whoever I talked to went beyond to help me get it how I'd like it despite the limits imposed by the computer.
Two things that I'll mention. One, when you get the memories back online, which is great, there is a cut off of the end of one chapter that ends up on the next video segment. It's exactly what would happen on a home VCR when playing and it pulls the tape back slightly when turning off. So that's kind of a bummer.
Two, I had DVDs made and the cover of them is great in that it shows several pictures from the tape on the cover. I noticed on a sample DVD cover while talking to the representative while doing the dates a weird picture showed up on my wedding DVD cover. I told her I didn't want that picture on my cover. She said the pictures are computer generated and would be different and can't be changed. ( it ended up on there)I think the company should have a quality control check at least quickly to make sure there isn't any bad pics that will end up on the cover. ( mine had a close up of my back, a blurry panning picture, an empty stage and part of a chair close up. These are on the printed DVD cover) Sure it's in the video but it's while panning the camera or finding your subject of the video. So just an FYI on that.
So, I think they did a great job and was overall pleased. Also it was lots of fun to do.

I surprised my "new" husband and family for Christmas but turning in all their old VHS tapes and compact video recorder tapes. My college aged step daughters gathered with us several in the living room to laugh and enjoy diving back into their past. A great way for me to connect as a Step Mom to them when they were young too. Everyone has love the electronic availability. Thank you!
This company has this process down! I haven't had any problems! Well, I had a downloading question that they helped with immediately! Everything is able to be downloaded and everything is sent back safely!
Great, one problem is that one entire tape was apparently recorded with the soundtrack of some Christian radio station or podcast. Even though the scenes span over different days the same audio continues and there is no original audio. All the other tapes are great!
Working with iMemories was easy, affordable and nicely done. I am able to download my digital files and enjoy old memories.
