I did receive my packaging box very quickly with great instructions. I received my videos, but 2 were not great quality. ( I sent in 12) I called them and they said to send them back to see if they could get them clearer, so we'll see what happens. Very friendly service from a girl named India.

Very easy to use and they take great care of your videos. They send you a box and you just put your cassettes in it, put the provided label on and ship it off. They do all the work. Great service. Highly recommend!
This was the best experience. Was very nervous at first. These are memories that if lost or ruined i can never get back. But the more research i did on this company the more comfortable i felt about sendimg my videos. Having done that i have no regrets. Wverything was done so professionally. I was kept in the loop about everything from the trackimg of my videos to there business, to the creation of the online videos, which i could share to my family, to the return of the videos all in tact. Amazing. So glad i did this. Highly recommend!
Some of the videos did not come out too good but it could be because they are old. Other than that I am happy with the outcome.

I've now used IMemories a couple of times and have found the experience easy, efficient and very professional. Find yiue memories, pack them in a box, send it to them and wait for long, lost family and personal moments be recreated in just days. The didgital nature of the final work product makes it easy to view and importantly... share with others.
Highly recommend IMemories
The family has enjoyed watching these again, where ever they are. We laugh and laugh over some and it is wonderful to see family members that have passed again. I was able to share with an old friend her daughter's dance recital, whose daughter was in the same recital with mine and she didn't have a copy.
I was able to share with my children's friend a imemory of Christmas play at church that her Aunt was the children music director and had passed from cancer. Sweet memories.
