All worked well and good service and quality. Overall good experience

So pleased with the service and the results couldn't have been better. Majority of the film was 70 years old.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no editing done such as increasing the lighting.

The iMemories experience with sending in the old secondary storage and converting to online digital was great and timely. I did have some poor results with the Mini DV audio which was broken up and hard to follow with the video. I am not sure what happened, but overall the service is very good and I will recommend to others.

We were pleased with being able to speak to a real person when we called with questions. Pleasant & easy to work with. Very happy with the service and outcome.

I Memories did a great job, not much on the music, but that was their added feature! Quick from beginning to end. No problems, just wish the videos online were better, as far as whoever took them!

I've been wanting to transfer my old movies and vhs's for many years, and finally conceded to trying iMemories. I'm not a techy type person, and was pleased that viewing the materials online was much easier than expected, as well as sharing them with others. Now I'm worried that they'll be lost if I fail to purchase new icloud space.

It was an easy process. I was nervous about sending my films. I know they were degrading. I had hoped that there would be more saved.

Received tapes back and have copied converted videos. You should have received more tapes (next order) by now.
