Very satisfied with the results! 4-star rating because it takes quite a while and is a bit pricey... but worth having the memories digitilized. Haven't received originals back yet.

The concept is neat. Too Pricey. Turnaround time is long.

The process was easy, I was worried about the wear on the vhs tapes. Now my kids will have the memories to share with their kids.

To see those movies when my children were little had brought me beautiful memories almost forgotten. I am recommending it to all my friends.

Everything went according to the way that the imemories advertising said it would. All of my pictures were digitized except for one, and imemories explained why they could not digitize that one. One video stopped sooner than I thought it should. I questioned them and they researched the situation. All the work was done in a timely matter and I paid for my first year of photo storage.

The entire process was good. My only complaint is with the site itself. It could definitely use an upgrade. Very user unfriendly.

I sent in videos of family members that have passed away and I am so glad to have these memories back!

Scans were not done properly. Black and white were scanned as color, scans full of hair and dust-they did not spray before scanning, scans are poor quality. Obvious workers without knowledge of printing or handling negatives. Won't use again.

Great job all the way from shipping to loading on line to return of my originals.

After paying over $400 I thought all of the cassettes would be converted to discs or that I would have a much more enhanced digital version. Unless I'm not seeing everything you did with all the videos I sent you I don't understand what I got for what I paid. I'm sorry but I'm being honest.

I had ordered a usb stick that would contain my videos when I first contacted you. If this is not possible then let me know so I can make other arrangements

I needed questions answered and was able to get help so that I now have videos that would have stayed lost to me. Had fun with viewing videos from over twenty years ago.

The order was processed quickly and the originals promptly returned. They were very helpful with my request also.

It was very time consuming to download the content. Each file was individual including the video tapes and needed to be separately named and downloaded. Not at all what I was expecting. Not at all user friendly
