It was easy to get the box and send it out. I am very happy to see what was on these old videos.
Enjoyed my 3 videos you digitized but the share part not as I expected. One video was not separated into its own section you sent it buy coukd not fig out how to get its name on the screen it just switches to different family reunion. Wont spend that much money on less important videos. I do not want to pay for cloud storage i have my own storage i buy. Says unable to access after free trial?
Nice. Just waiting for originals to be sent back. I know they did everything they could for previous tapes sent. One of seven was recoverable and they did a great job with that!

I am thrilled with the outstanding work done by iMemories, on converting my VHS tapes to digital format. Their service was 10 out of 10. It was incredibly easy for me to send my items over, have the conversions done and then uploaded to my account. My family and friends were delighted to be able to view these treasured memories right on their mobile device. This is such a brilliant concept. I am so happy that I spent a small investment on my family's memories. I am now able to watch 50 years of history on my phone, laptop or tablet. I was also able to download all of the MP4 formats to my hard drive so that I will have a copy forever. Thank you and congratulations to the folks who developed and designed this incredible piece of technology.
Imemories did a wonderful job converting my old movies to digital. It was great seeing some I had never seen before, having no way to view them, and it was equally wonderful seeing those I have seen.

I ended up subscribing to a year in the cloud just so I can have time to figure out how to edit my videos and then download them to a flash/thumb drive. Also the quality of the videos is fairly poor (grainly, blurry, dark) which was disappointing but probably due to my operator error. It's too bad they can't be enhanced or lightened so they are better viewing.
I was SUPER scared about shipping off my only link to some memories.

We had several VHS tapes converted to digital and overall are pleased w/ the outcome from iMemories. There were a few that did not convert very well and iMemories is assessing whether or not they can improve the final product. (Part of the issue could be the age of the tapes.)
Overall, we are enjoying watching these old home movies that otherwise would have been lost and we highly recommend iMemories to anyone wanting make this type of conversion.
Tho I felt a little confused and didn't have time to call imemories, everything went well. I did think I was purchasing DVDs but I misunderstood. Glad I was able to download everything.
Was originally overcharged, have a couple repeats and a photo of a woman I have never met included in my collection. But am genuinely happy to see photos I hadn't seen in years at my fingertips
