I sent request for a kit. The kit came in a timely manner. It included a box, plastic bags for films, and mailing label. I had a very large order and they kept in touch through texts, of the progress. I am a current customer so was please they added the films to my current account. It was so simple. They notified me when the films were ready to view. My films were returned in a timely manner and I was given a tracking number to stay advised. I love being able to put all my videos on line so I can share with my kids. They can then decide which ones they want to keep and download to there electronic device etc. This has truly put my mind at ease wondering how to leave these memories to my kids. I will be sending another large order in a few days. Thank you iMemories.
I had 39 8mm tapes digitized. The experience was excellent.
The progress was easy to follow and results were better than expected from 25 years video tape.
The digitized files are broken down into individual 'breaks' on each tape. This has made the cataloging of the MP4 'time stamped' pieces on each tape a snap. The online viewing and storage has made it very easy to share video with family and friends. I'm continuing to use this cloud feature as I continue to sort through the 25+ years of recorded events.
I am very happy with this.and I will send more tapes and pictures to store in this app and share with friends and family.

I missed some of the fine print for cost. They were very understanding and gave me back some of my money.
This was such an easy process. We put off transferring out videos for years, thinking it was too much trouble or expensive. IMemories made the entire experience quick and easy. We are so happy with the digital transfers, and the memories are wonderful to see again. I would definitely recommend (actually I already have) iMemories to friends and family.

Very fast and efficient. Had a little bit of trouble trying to figure out how to look at the digital movies they downloaded, but figured out. Not to hard. My pictures look terrific and they are really old. Can't wait I get my discs made. I recommend highly.

I am happy with the results but I thought I would be getting a stick of my pictures and videos. Instead I accidently clicked on DVD, that part of the ordering was confusing and it incurred an extra expense.
