Great to have my videos preserved & see pieces of our families lives after all these years! The process was simple & they took great care sending tapes back & forth in a timely manner. Thought the videos would be a little more clear & had hoped the editing tool would be easier, but pleased overall. I would recommend imemories & the cost was a small price to pay compared to the priceless preservation!

I have many old 35mm slides that date back to before I was born and capture my childhood. I am so thankful I found a way to safely preserve these memories in a way I can easily view and share with my family and friends. IMemories is amazing. My orders are processed timely and efficiently and I feel like great care is put into their work. I will definitely continue to use them.

It's been so exciting watching my videos from 20-25 years ago. I love the way iMemories made special moments into little stories so I'm not watching one long tape. And it was so easy to save and to share the digitized stories. I am so pleased and have told others about my experience.

I am pleased with the conversion of my old 8mm movies and VHS tapes (UK PAL standard). It took a little longer than I was expecting for the conversion but that is Ok. I am still waiting for the return of my original media. The way to access and download the digitized output is a little convoluted and I hope iMemories will improve their website to fix this.

My childrens father passed away. I sent in my videos from when there were little with their dad. When they get upset missing him, or have questions about him. I whip out the old videos. It has helped my kids and their family soooo much. I think it helped us all! Thank you all so much!

Im so glad I finally did this. There are alot of family, including my oldest son, that are gone now. And my VHS tapes were starting to go bad. Now I can view them so much easier and share them with others. They are clear and the color is even better. I would definitely recommend everyone to do this before to late. Satisfied customer

I wasn't sure if the quality would be "there" for these home movies -- they were taken in the 1960's. They have been kicked around from closets to garage; from extreme heat to extreme cold. To my surprise, the movies turned out very well -- high quality. Thank you for preserving these precious memories and providing a means for me to view them again.

I sent in multiple VHS tapes, and the site only converted 1 or 2, I'm not sure. I believe I mailed at least 18 VHS cassette tapes to iMemories, I was expecting many more conversions to digital. I thought there would be more digital conversions. For the amount I paid and trouble I went through mailing them all in, I'm not satisfied.

The experience has been excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained before hand and everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with everything.
