The quality of the finished product, is greatly inferior to the product that was submitted. Obviously I memories service doesn't have the ability to enhance in the least, the product that they provide, like making sure that the tapes are fully rewound properly, before copying them. Speaking of which, I haven't received my original slides, movies and VCR tapes back yet. While you collected and cashed my payment the moment you received it nearly a month ago. I need my Items back ASAP, so I can look elsewhere and hopefully locate someone who can do superior work than I just experienced.

It is wonderful to see precious memories again from 30 years ago. I am so pleased with the quality of the videos. They have brought laughter, tears, smiles and joy to my family.

Have not viewed yet the DVDs, they are a gift. The digital stuff was well done.
I like the idea but I had a hard time downloading them to my computer, and being computer dumb I didnt know how to continue with all of my stuff. Sending tapes so far away is too much, I would rather have some place in my town do this if there was such a place. Nah, I wont be doing this again.
For many years I had in my mind many of the memories I recorded. But it was great to learn that my tapes contained more than that I was able to remember. A great surprise.
Everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. I was so nervous putting all the videos of our four children growing up in a box and shipping it off, but everything got there safely and was returned safely. They sent an email when the box arrived at their location and when they were returning my originals. It has been so much fun to look through our memories as I have been downloading them and burning CD's for our children. Some tapes came out better than others, I am sure due to the condition of the original tape received. They couldn't convert two of our DVD's because they said there was mold on the tape. That was disappointing, but not their fault. Overall I was thrilled that it all went as promised and we have our memories in a format that will preserve them and keep them safe for us, our children and grandchildren to enjoy.
Everything went very well. I am a little concerned or lost of the rest of the process. I down loaded the pictures and videos and I am not sure if I get actual replacement of the items.

The service and quality of the photos is very good. I was a little disappointed that the images online were not as good as the actual slides. Overall this is a very good service.

I was pleased with the outcome I was surprised that it was cut into segments and not just as it was on the tape.
I was a little let down with the results I received with turning my VCRs into digital format. I was under the impression that this process would correct and faults the VCR tapes contained. For example, dark pictures would be cleared to show better-lighted footage. Any shacking or too much moving of frames taken would be corrected. And subjects in moving frames would not show to be oversized. I also thought I would be allowed to add titles to some scenes.
