I wanted DVD's of my video tapes and a thumb drive for each. I paid for them. I got nothing but emails saying to go to the cloud to retrieve my material and make my own! I have no idea how to do that. This isn't what I thought I was buying.
Half of the people in the copied films are no longer with us and I am so happy to visit with them once more.
All went smoothly. Old 8mm films converted just as promised. Good turn around time for shipping, converting and returning ordered discs and returning of old film.

I really thought i would get a disc to keep with my order. It looks like you have to pay money every month to look at your memories. I won't be using this site again.
Hundreds of slides have been converted going back to the 1950s. My experience with memories has been wonderful. I am still in the process of having more converted.

My memories were converted and the DVDs that I purchased were beautiful! I didn't expect them to be in a nice case with tidbits of photos from the tape. I wish I would have gotten a few more and shared the shipping.

I really wanted a way to restore my old movies and vcr tapes. When I talked to a representative the first time, I knew I wanted to do this. I am not very computer savvy and each time I talked with somebody it was cordiaI, and gave me all the help and information needed. Each time I have called it has been the same. I am so happy I get to talk to a person when I call and have never regretted doing this. I can't wait to find my missing film to add to my collection.
