I had some VCR tapes and old movies and sent them to iMemories on the recommendation of my sister who had used this service before. I first sent for their shipping package which arrived quickly. I packed my items and returned them to iMemories. They converted them to digital format and I was able to view them and download them. Very pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend.

The movies that were taken in the 40's can be very tricky to run thru a projector. Not trusting that I could do that without harming the film, I put my trust in iMemories to handle the film for me. Not only was that done successfully, but the films were returned to me with no damage. Thank You

The process works quite well, although to and from shipping is quite expensive.

It has been so fun to hear all of the stories as we watch the videos! So much better to have this access! We LOVE iMemories!

I had 8mm movies, slides and a vhs tape converted and restored. The cleaned them up, rotated them properly, and sent back my originals as promised. We have out own cloud storage, so I can't speak to that, but are very happy with the results. Can't wait to share them with the whole family!

First of all you can't rush the process you have to be patient … And just know that everything will work out like it should…And yes you do you get your stuff back in a timely manner.

Good experience with digitizing and the app. I love the imemories program.

Very easy to do; customer service was helpful also. Have finally been able to watch our family videos after 20 years! Reasonably priced as well

The process was easy and I received all my materials back. I had some trouble downloading some of the larger files, and had to do it a different way than imemorizes suggests. But I was able to get them all downloaded and it's nice to have the option of storing them in the cloud.

This was the best decision to use iMemories to convert our videos to digital. We have been enjoying watching them and reliving all those years. Best part is how easily I can share these with my family. Well worth the investment

My order of 54 tapes were digitally transferred with in a few weeks and all the originals were safely returned in a timely manner. I am happy with the results and cherish every moment that we get to relive the memories and create new ones. Thank you iMemories!
