We are getting ready to be empty nesters and wanted to relive the memories of when the kids were little. IMemories made our old VCR tapes and CD's easy to watch and store. We have all enjoyed spending time watching them!
Very good customer service. My only complaint is that I expected the tracking to be adjusted better before the copying to digital began. They said it was the best they could get but I would've thought they had better equipment and expected better.
I am so impressed with services I received from IMemories. The care of my tapes was very important to me as these tapes were 50 years old. Precious memories of our two children and our parents can't be replaced. Thank you!

Converting my old camcorder tapes to digital has been on the list for quite a while. IMemories made it easy by providing a prepackaged shipping kit. Once the kit was sent back the turnaround was great and the videos came out really well. I really appreciate that the stop/start on each tape I provided was turned into its own mp4 for me to share with others of a specific event.
Everything turned out perfect! I found videos I forgot were even there! Thank you!
The people doing the conversion did an excellent job. I had trouble downloading them to my computer because they were zip files and I didn't have the software to open them correctly. I contacted tech and they emailed me a link for a zip file app but being a non techie I was not able to use it properly without help. I called a friend who helped me get past it. It would have been helpful if Imemories tech could have taken me through it considering the amount of money I spent on the order.
This friend also noted that the files were now public files and that surprised me. I know I can password protect them but I was not told that information by Imemories.
Those are the two reasons for a 4 star instead of a 5 star

I was excited to see my VCR's and movies online. I had hope to download them onto my digital device, I was only able to extract from all the compressed files about half of my videos and pictures. The other half could not be extracted at all. I don't know why. I spent a great deal of time trying, but finally "gave in" and had iMemories put them on a digital device and send them to me before my window of time expired. I felt like I was set up to spend more money. Disappointed!
I received my data and tried to download to usb, I don't know if my family can view them. I really enjoyed viewing then on my computer that part was successful.
Outstanding Customer Service support. This service would be wonderful at twice the price.
