We converted hundreds of slides to digital. Even though it was right before the holidays, iMemories was timely and the entire process was smooth. When I made a mistake with my order, customer service immediately fixed it with ease.
My home videos were all converted so quickly that my entire family was able to enjoy watching them from their own homes on Christmas Day. Everyone was so thrilled! They were all labeled to make it easy for everyone. My VHS & 8MM tapes each had many different events on them, iMemories made them so easy to view by separating each event. Everyone was able to click on the event they wanted to watch & forward fast through the boring scenes until they saw what they wanted to watch. It was so much more enjoyable this way. I am so happy I finally did this! My mother is 94, being able to re-live the past 30 years through these videos made her so happy. I received all of my original tapes back safely through Fed-Ex. I definitely recommend iMemories to everyone. Thank you iMemories!

I was very hesitant and nervous to ship the tapes off. I received the digital memories very quickly at a very busy holiday time. All the original tapes were also sent back to us within a couple of weeks.
We have been enjoying memories from some tapes that are over 30 years old. They really take you back to some wonderful times!
We emptied a whole cabinet full of old family video tapes! It was so easy to drop by Fed ex, pop them in a box, and a couple weeks later, there they are - on my laptop and ready to share! They even copied my video titles exactly to the digital file. These precious memories are so fun to watch. And it was reasonably priced too.
I send like 18 tapes, thinking that before getting charge, I will be able to see what they have recorded, but instead it was only named, so I ended paying for 3 tapes that don't even know who the people in there was... I wish I could know that before paying for it
We've been wanting to convert our 8mm for years, but have always put it off. This process was seamless, quick, stress free and I thought very inexpensive. We are very technology challenged but even we were able to download an app and now we watch them all the time! Thank you so much…. Now I just need to send in the additional 2 vhs tapes I did fit to include!

IMemories was great to work with. They even gave me a couple extra weeks to download my videos. We are enjoying watching our children as babies and youngsters growing up! Even watching us at our wedding almost 55 years ago! Too bad they didn't have audio back then!; o) Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it.
