I wasn't to sure if the entire process of sending our treasured memories to iMemory. However, the customer service rep went above and beyond to explain the whole process and ensure all our questions were answered. Once everything was copied, the user interface to view, edit, download, and order our home videos was extremely user friendly. Additionally, iMemory was very timely in their turnaround of our videos to digital format. We will definitely be using them and recommending them to others! Thank you iMemories!

They make it easy and executed flawlessly.
So far, I've had them transfer 6 tapes. They send you a box to ship them, transfer them, you download them, and they send the original media back to you.
They turn it around in about a week.
From beginning to end the staff at IMemories were very helpful. My order also arrived sooner than I anticipated. We laughed and cried as we walked down memory lane watching the movies, and I was able to share these with so many family members and friends.
I received my digitally transferred movies in time to view for the Holidays. Our family loved them.
All of my items were taken care of in a very good way. It's very easy to view them online. I was also able to download them easily. I plan to use the service again.
