Great service! Absolutely love watching these digitized memories and sharing with family and my original media has already been returned. This was my second 5 star experience.
Converted all of our family home videos from when my children were young to digital and gave this to them as a Christmas gift this year. They were overwhelmed with joy and emotion to receive this as their father had passed away a couple of years ago and they now have the gift of seeing him and hearing his voice again with such ease. We are all enjoying this gift as we watch all our memories come to life again!
This was such a good idea and glad I did it. I would say the only thing I'd recommend is when you say the cost is $14.99 stick to it. I got the box immediately sent it back, then once my tape was received I was notified and then it was another $24.99. Just give the option of what you want up front $40 to convert and download that is it. When I ordered the box it said convert any tape for $14.99 and that was false.
The conversion was fine but had to chat with customer service a few times because it would download after I paid the $24.99.
I would use them again if needed but I'd get all the cost up front first.

I was so impressed with the quality. The films were not in the best condition so I was afraid they wouldn't be able to be converted. We've already ordered another box to do all of our films!

I was nervous about shipping all my photos. Everything went smooth and finished with my order sooner than expected. It all was very simple. It's so great to see all my old photos I never look thru online. Being able to share memories with family members & friends has been priceless! Plus- I got rid of those bulky photo albums that took up space & collected dust. Feels good! Highly recommended!
